The cashier was really polite and pleasant. However the kitchen staff needs to organize better. I ordered a breakfast wrap and a small coffee. The 5 people that came after me got their sandwiches and coffee first while I still stood there for an extra 15 minutes.

Nasty. Even the light fixtures were black from dirt. Donut great. Coffee was nasty. Took 2 sips and tossed it.

I loved going to this Starbucks as I also work in the mall at a store...I loved it for the convenience of being able to order ahead..so that I could just run & grab it & go back to work. I don't have time to wait in line, especially since it's often busy. But now this location isn't doing order ahead for some reason. Which seems odd during these times, you would think they would not want to interact with people for their own safety & health. I will not being going to this Starbucks anymore, I will be spending my money elsewhere. Bring back order ahead
