My drama team was on our way to districts. We were all extremely tired and hangry. We walked in and expected the usual semi decent McDonald's service, but then we met Richard. Richard was absolutely amazing. He was so upset beat and happy (this was at 7 in the morning, mind you) and we're all convinced we are advancing to state because we got the blessing of Richard.

I had a long morning. It was cold, and I had to wake up early. It was a very important day for me, and I was concerned about it. The stress was breaking me from the inside. Until I met Richard. Richard was the most friendly person I’ve ever met in a McDonald’s, maybe my life. He was outgoing, friendly, and he went above and beyond when it came to his call of duty. He often came to check on me and comrades, making sure that we were well taken care of and that we got our food....
