Catch 22's Fish & Burger Joint

First time ever getting a 2 piece fish plate. It is absolutely the best fish and hush puppies I have ate! 10/10 recommend eating here. I will be making this one of my places to eat regularly. Staffing was absolutely the sweetest.

We were excited to find a gluten free option and excited they had what they called fried chicken tenders. Unfortunately they are using frozen chicken which seems to be from Walmart. Kid sized pieces like about 2 chicken nugget size and you get 4 whole pieces for 14 dollars. I ordered my husband a double knowing he would want more than 4 chicken strips (which we all know the size of a chicken strip these are about half of that) so we spent 28 dollars on 8 frozen nuggets and fries. Not good at all. I don't recommend them for gluten free and this meal should be priced for children. The staff was very nice.

Waitress was not very friendly and the place was crawling with roaches. Some seen on tables, on the floor, and all over the restrooms.

It took 10 minutes for the waitress in the front to acknowledge me and seat me, and another 15 minutes to finally come and take my order. It was not very busy. The food came out absolutely amazing and would go back for it.

had my food sitting there for 30 minutes while i was inside waiting, the server told me they were still working on it until a kind lady asked me what my order was and found out it was sitting right there the whole time. didnt give me a refund and basically blamed me for the whole thing!

This is just on the fish. Got fish plate a few years ago just after they opened and it was thin, tough and no flavor. Got a plate to go this evening and was the same thing. Had to peel the sides off and it was the worst fish I have had. No flavor, extremely tough and I ASSUME from Vietnam as most are from the store or Whole Foods. Way over priced for the quality. Please just buy quality catfish, you will bring the customers!!

I had the sirloin and Swiss and let me tell you it was phenomenal. Could actually split it with someone. It's a big sandwich. But it was amazing.

Great food, great service, and good prices.. the crab cakes are the best I've had in a long time.

We stopped in Dexter while traveling & enjoyed our meal at Catch 22's. The burgers, sandwiches and salads were tasty & the deep fried pepper jack cheese was fantastic! The waiter did a good job and we would recommend trying this place if you haven't before.

My husband got the fish plate and it was $18-$19!!! For a fish plate and 2 sides!! That seems extremely high. It is just a basic fish plate that you can get anywhere else for around $12-$13. He said it was good though. I got a single smash burger and the burger burger was so thin you couldn’t taste the burger at all. I only tasted vegetables. I usually LOVE smash burgers but this one seems like there’s as little beef used as possible. Not cool! Prices are way too high for the quantity of food

Excellent setup great idea with the ice cream and all the different kinds of food but the food personally is not worth the money at all for two people come out to $ 38.00 that's one burger and a fish plate step your game up on your food
