My husband and I have been wanting to try this place before the BIG move, since we heard so many good things about this place. We ordered the prpperjack bites to start, which were not bad, very creamy. My husband ordered the Big Poppa which was to claim to be 1/2 # beef! Even with it being a smashed burger the 2 VERY thin patties were probably only 1/4 # total beef, the seasoning on the beef was probably the only good thing about this burger!! I ordered the Mother Clucker which was just a plain ordinary chicken sandwich like every other restaurant.I do have to say the fry’s were probably the best part about this whole experience. The waitress was very drop and go, meaning never asked how anything was, did we need anything NOTHING!!!!!I had to keep getting up to ask for things. Did I mention that we were the 2nd table she had as the 1st was finishing up there meal. The restaurant was EMPTY!!!!! We will not return or recommend this place.

The food felt and tasted like it came from the WalMart freezer section and was heated up to be served. The drinks were watered down.Parking: Parking spaces are sparse and not aligned well.Kid-friendliness: It is not kid friendly. There are no kid size portions here.

Nice people, clean, good generic food, basically the food from a grocery store, most pre-frozen. Portions medium to small, put on small trays to make it seem like more. Price per type of food per proportion is a tad too high for me. About $15 for double smash burger, drink and fries. Very thin burgers. It's a ploy many places are using to serve people less meat, not their fault. The cat fish was very thin too, only two little hush puppies. It's a nice change of venue and clean place.

Took about 45 minutes to get our 46$ order and it was all cold even after the wait and the fish was so thin it was like eating a fried pork rind ... catch 21 didn't catch us and we won't be back ...

All the burgers are smash steak burgers. Would probably get a double next time since they are so thin, but they are very good. Nice atmosphere, there's a bar area in the back and to the right of the front door, a rolled ice cream counter. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The wait time for food wasn't long at all. The food is served on metal trays, which adds to the fun of the place. There are tons of memorabilia on the walls, with a few tvs.

Food was yummy, place was clean, and prices were much better than Gatlinburg area. We had fried okra, kids chicken strip ( very tasty) , chicken salad, chef salad, sweet tea (southern sweet ?) and Arnold Palmer. I would come here again when traveling to the Smokie mountains. They have rolled ice cream next doorVegetarian options: They have plenty vegetarian options

My husband and I ate here on our way through Dexter. $50ish dollars for 2 burgers (disappointing), 2 sides, and 2 sweet teas. To us these weren't Southeast MO prices. If this is your cup of tea"woohoo". As for us we will not revisit.
