I went the other day to grab a BBQ and run but I seen real fast two in front of me that's not happening so I left, today my wife and daughter dropped in and same thing. I doubt we'll go back. Too long of wait, To slow, way too slow

Did not order food. Was ignored in the atrium while 2 female employees stood and bad mouthed a customer that has just placed a food order. Unbelievable what they said about a customer that is providing them with a job. Went inside to counter. Same 2 female employees ignored me again. One picked her too short black shorts from her rear end and then did not wash her hands as she began to prepared boxes for the “stupid woman’s” order.
Finally received service from a very nice blonde employee. By the way, I am not easy to miss. I have fluorescent green hair. Look for me on your cameras. Will not be back for any reason.

Terrible service, called in for take out order. When called was told order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived at window 15 minutes later. Paid for food and told to pull forward. Food came out 40 minutes later. Told management this is how you lose business,she slammed window shut! I haven’t been back I do look forward to the new Wendy’s opening across the street.

I usually never leave reviews on places but I’ve had so many issues here lately. It’s typically a bunch of teenagers working which is understandable, but they always close everything early. I went last night for some late night ice cream around 7:45-8 and they don’t close till 9. The doors were locked and the workers just sat there and stared and didn’t say anything. That’s pretty sad for a business.

Ordered online. Waited 15 past the pick up time to ensure food was done. Food was ice cream made when we got there. I was happy about that so it wasn’t melted but to get a banana split in a cup and to be told after ordering online that next time I’d be charged for the topping THEIR online ordering let me add for free. Over 40 dollars for a small fry, 2 burgers, a fish sandwich and chili fries. Would not recommend if you don’t like your food touching.

My burger patty was the smallest patty I've ever seen on a burger. For $10? Asked what was in the pig sandwich.. all she said was meat... when I asked what kind of meat she said pig.. smh.. ok.... bacon? Pulled pork? Pork chop? Ham? She couldn't answer. Told her it was to go. When she brought pur food out it was for there. I told her it was to go and she literally THREW all 3 meals into one bag. Good thing we were just passing through. Would have been better off going to mcdonalds..
We went through the drive through and ordered a BBQ sandwich and a nacho along with 2 sweet teas. Our food arrived in like 20 minutes. They said they were getting outmr sweet teas. 30 minutes later with 2 trips inside and still no sweet tea

Stop in after a game , was told they closing in a few minutes that take order to go. Pe ople in front ordered their items. Then when we started to order they told us they arre closed. We came in the same time. They wouldn't take our order after waiting to order. How rude was that when was told we could order earlier. Thank you for your services of lies.
