My Mom grew up in Dexter. This was her favorite sandwich. I still get down this way occasionally. The Pig sandwich is just as I remember it. They have done a lot of updating to the site since the early 70's.
I have been eating here, since 1990's and consider it quite the treat. I enjoy baroque sandwich, it's a mustard sauce so if that is not your thing ask for regular barbque... it tender and yummy. Good milkshakes and crinkle cut crispy fries.
This is a more of a laid back joint,the Dexter queen. The atmosphere is very good and the people that work there are nice,and courteous. The food there at the Dexter queen is great can't ask for any better. So I give them two thumbs
