Service slow and not very attentive. Honestly I think they needed one more server when we were there. More limited menu than other HH I've visited. Got a patty melt that was dry and overcooked. Booths are worn out.
Vegetarian options: We were traveling with a vegetarian and his only option was salad or sides like green beans and mashed potatoes. Was hoping for shrimp or some type of fish on the menu but there was not any.
Dietary restrictions: Not great for someone with dietary restrictions.

Food is good. Worst costumer service I've ever dealt with and it's every time I've been in there. It's takes almost an hour to get your food if you do an online order then when you go in to pick it up every worker in there ignores you and when they finally do speak to you, they're absolutely rude

I will never go to this place again. We walked in and seated our self. No one spoke to us when we walked in. We sat at the booth for at least 10 minutes before anyone came out to ask what we wanted to drink. The entire establishment is dirty. The booth seats are all tore up. There were dead flies in the windows. The food was nasty. The food had no taste to it at all. We honestly didn't even want to pay but we didn't want to cause a seen. Never will I go there again. I'm actually very surprised that they are even allowed to be open. The workers had bad hygiene and looked very unkept.

Requested crisp bacon & received burnt bacon - there is a difference. This was our first visit and we were guests of another couple. Will definitely try it again when we are in your area. How about opening one in Liberty, Kearney, or Excelsior Springs MO?
