Workers are not friendly no leadership people are just bouncing around no clue who is doing what in the kitchen or who job is who’s without anybody communicating or taking lead waited 40 minutes in long line at drive thru before I gave up parked the car went inside were I probably should’ve just left after no help at front register n getting told I need to use kiosk to place order I was like nope got on my app went and placed my order moved to curbside pick up were we have been suiting now for another 38 minutes so far and counting out of all the McDonald’s I have been to this one is the worst and I would rate it 0 stars if I could this is not my first negative experience at this location and changes in management and leader ship needs to be changed or retrained!!!!!

EDIT!! TRIED REACHING OUT TO THE INFORMATION GIVEN BELOW NOTH8NG WORKED. The employees at this store move so slow. They are loud and obnoxious. 90% of the time. The food is wrong or cold. Elderly people working that can't hardly walk or stand up. Floors are usually so slippery. Even walking in the dining area is dangerous and it's really sad how the mcdonald's company or group doesn't pay any attention to its reviews. You can never get a hold of anyone regarding anything of importance.

Brieonna who works at the window was very very rude. She has never been friendly to me when going through and today made a snarky comment to my grandpa and continued to make faces at him and repeat “okay??” Making him feel stupid for a simple question regarding military discount . Definitely doesn’t need to be at the window but maybe a cook instead or fired considering she has no manners even to the elderly! Very disappointed.

I had ordered my food online for pick up at 2:51 and did not get my food until 3:30 exact. I honestly expected the food to seem fresh with having to wait that long, but the food doesn’t seem hot at all. Maybe warm but definitely not hot. I just don’t see the point in me ordering online trying to get it and go if it’s never ready for me by a reasonable time. I also got a notification that says they didn’t start my order until I walked in, again, what is the point in ordering online?
Please just make it make sense 😅

I'm pissed. I've been waiting 18 minutes now for my sons food. I have to get him to therapy so I'm on a schedule. I allowed myself extra time to get his food and still get there on time. I finally get to the window and I'm asked to pull forward. It's not even like I can pull away because of the way they have their drive through. 19 minutes and still no food. 22 minutes.

I ordered for delivery and was missing over half of my items, they didn’t even give me a straw for my drink. when I called to tell them this the only way they offered to fix it was to cancel the order or for myself to come pick it up after paying a delivery fee. I had to drag my pregnant sick self and my 2 small children out of the house and come get it myself. If I wanted to do that I would have just ordered through the drive through in the first place. There was absolutely no care about pleasing the customer, or offering to fix any of their mess up the RIGHT way. I am very unsatisfied and highly disappointed that this is how they treat their customers.

The last 2 or 3 times I have went to this McDonald's and have gotten bad service and there employees are rude to me and my wife. We have to check our order before we even leave. They have not gotten our orders right and had to get it right for the second time
