Waited 30 mins for 2 burgers and a large fry.. fries were colder than my heart is and our drinks were wrong.

Every time i order the same thing, a $5 meal with a burger that is supposed to have no cheese. Every single time they get that wrong. I am allergic to dairy and even when we tell them this they still put cheese on it. I don’t understand how the person making the burger always gets it wrong. I know it’s probably not the same person making it every time but when we go back into fix it, it is always smashed.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for nearly an hour now. I’m not sure if the entire crew quit tonight but one car is moving every 15 minutes and this is extremely unacceptable. There is absolutely zero reason to be this slow and continuing to take orders forcing people to wait longer. STOP TAKING ORDERS AND GET CAUGHT UP!!!

Drive through experiences extra long. Hope times and wait times because of the lack of service or the lack of being punctual with people's orders worth too. The food is so sappar not hot and fresh as they say or advertised

I usually ain’t the type of person to complain because I’ve worked in fast food and I know how stressful it is when you get busy but my visit today was not ok. Our sandwiches were half way wrapped so when we got out to the car to hand out food our burgers were laying in the bottom of the bag in wrapped the guy at the register was amazing but who ever wrapped the food needs to take there time instead of leaving the food half wrapped and in the bottom of the bags

Cashier at the window is always yawning while speaking, drops my change and mumbles “have a nice day” as he shuts the window. Always a long wait when there are NO cars. Night crew needs replaced.

Placed my order inside on the kiosk. Just stood there for a long time without any employee acknowledging me or my order. My number was on a little screen so knew they got it. But very slow and no employee recognition at all. Felt like a number. The food was very good, hot, fresh and correct.

Online we ordered a 40pc nugget, 2 lg fries, 1 10 pc nugget, 1 dbl quarter pounder meal, and 2 double cheeseburger. When delivered we only had 1 order of fries. Called McDonald's and manager wanted to argue saying it was correct. I know most people just want their food to be right just once from McDonald's. SOMETHING IS ALWAYS WRONG BUT NEVER MCDONALD'S FAULT!
