I had ordered my food online for pick up at 2:51 and did not get my food until 3:30 exact. I honestly expected the food to seem fresh with having to wait that long, but the food doesn’t seem hot at all. Maybe warm but definitely not hot. I just don’t see the point in me ordering online trying to get it and go if it’s never ready for me by a reasonable time. I also got a notification that says they didn’t start my order until I walked in, again, what is the point in ordering...
I'm pissed. I've been waiting 18 minutes now for my sons food. I have to get him to therapy so I'm on a schedule. I allowed myself extra time to get his food and still get there on time. I finally get to the window and I'm asked to pull forward. It's not even like I can pull away because of the way they have their drive through. 19 minutes and still no food. 22 minutes.
Placed my order inside on the kiosk. Just stood there for a long time without any employee acknowledging me or my order. My number was on a little screen so knew they got it. But very slow and no employee recognition at all. Felt like a number. The food was very good, hot, fresh and correct.
