I may have had higher expectations for Rallys. But the food was below standard. The fries tasted like cardboard, the big bufford had no flavor. And the soda was not good either. My boyfriend's food wasn't that great either, there was no crowd, so you'd think the food would have been perfect. We both felt sick after eating the food. Needless to say I probably won't go back when I'm visiting Dexter.

Ended up with a messed up order as expected from a drive thru

Orders are always 20 minutes to get and often out of basic things, like their signature foods. Have had more than one rude employee experience here. Often get put on hold at the drive speaker... That seems absolutely ridiculous. Told to pull straight to a parking lot instead of window during online pickup at most times causing 15 to 20 minutes of wait time. Not worth the time for the regular stuff they offer. Can pretty much go anywhere else in the same block and have a better experience with faster service
This has happened almost every time, I DoorDash and literally watch them make orders that came in AFTER the DD order. I’ve waited up to 20 minutes for a simple order and it’s ridiculous. By far worst service ever. Takes them 5-10 minutes to even acknowledge I’m there.

I've been to multiple Rally's, and this one is the best location I've been to. It's always so consistent. The fries are always fresh and the burgers are always delicious. Whoever is managing this location needs a raise because they keep standards high.
Also, order the Monsterella Stix if you go. You will not regret it.
