Orders are always 20 minutes to get and often out of basic things, like their signature foods. Have had more than one rude employee experience here. Often get put on hold at the drive speaker... That seems absolutely ridiculous. Told to pull straight to a parking lot instead of window during online pickup at most times causing 15 to 20 minutes of wait time. Not worth the time for the regular stuff they offer. Can pretty much go anywhere else in the same block and have a better experience with faster service

This has happened almost every time, I DoorDash and literally watch them make orders that came in AFTER the DD order. I’ve waited up to 20 minutes for a simple order and it’s ridiculous. By far worst service ever. Takes them 5-10 minutes to even acknowledge I’m there.

I've been to multiple Rally's, and this one is the best location I've been to. It's always so consistent. The fries are always fresh and the burgers are always delicious. Whoever is managing this location needs a raise because they keep standards high.
Also, order the Monsterella Stix if you go. You will not regret it.
One day I will learn to check my order before I leave any place. It does get exhausting getting the wrong food. I order classic chicken strips got the spicy buffalo which I don't like and couldn't eat. The smell of buffalo sauce makes me sick .

I usually order the fully loaded fries and they are really good, however today I ordered fully loaded fries before work drove all the way home just in time to leave for work and noticed it was popcorn chicken and some fries all thrown together in the box. I tried calling them but phone line says busy and has for the last hour. When they get what you order it's good otherwise it's not

Was the only customer when I ordered, I order a 3 piece buffalo chicken tender meal, got to the window to pay and asked the lady to make sure that i ordered buffalo tenders , she said yes then asked to pull around park because the tenders take 6 minutes to cook.....12 or so minutes later I get my food, get it home and NO buffalo sauce and very few fries! Very disappointing especially for the price I had to pay!
