Food was great, girls at counter great. Girl sweeping out front and being treated horribly by the boss with short man syndrome - also great. Had I not already ordered and paid I would have walked out. I was waiting for him to show his sorry self and walk back out from the back and I was going to give him a piece of my mind. He didn’t. He was probably too scared of me after the look I gave him. How dare he talk to that poor young girl like that. He Called her “broom girl” and walked off rolling his eyes at her. I hope she learns to stand up to people with clear complexes and need to belittle others to make themselves feel better. What a jerk!

Made a mobile order, made the payment, made the 30 minute drive, got their at 9 30, an hour before they are supposed to close, and they are already closed. Waste of time and money, that, they did refund the money after I fussed

Every single time I place a to go order they make it wrong. I didn’t know it was so hard to read a ticket:) I paid extra to add bacon and got none. They also put mayonnaise when I did not order mayonnaise on my sandwich…I’m also allergic to mayonnaise…glad I noticed before I took a bite! Do better!!!

There was a man standing in the center of the store talking to both the sandwich maker and young women sitting at a table period The conversation continued when we entered and we felt like we were intruding on their conversation. We could not tell if the man worked there or not. Even after we were standing at the counter, the sandwich maker was asking for a ride to a store after work. We were definitely interrupting their conversation.
3 stars because the sandwich was good. Zero Stars for the overall atmosphere and customer service.

I ordered a #1 philly and was disappointed. There was hardly any meat. It was like eating vegetables with bread. Didn't even fill a person up.

I have never seen two kids work so well under constant pressure...I was probably the 10th in line and among door dash orders and in house customers, the girl and boy working were fast, accurate, polite, and accommodating and ran everyone through with the greatest of ease.

I have placed four different orders paying an extra amount for 50% More veggies. But everytime I get barely any. The store said that they can’t do anything about it unless I come up right now to remake the sandwich and unfortunately door dash is usually used because Individuals cannot come up themselves.

A nice young man by the name of Gabe gave me exceptionally amazing service. It was a little busy, but that didn’t make him hurry with my order as I ordered 2 sandwiches. He kept conversation going as he was making my order. As always great service with a smile every time I go there and I go at least twice a week. I love the #8 the Great Garlic Chicken. I shall return. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!!
