Used the app got our food quick and fresh.
Edit: went back in the evening. Rude service, was asked to pull ahead and then move again because it took 10+ minutes after ordering on the app and checking in. The large fry i ordered was only half filled as well.

Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced.. I was exhausted from work, went to pick up some Wendy’s with the family (my two young little girls) and the young gentleman at the window was SO RUDE. Talking over my husband the entire time he was trying to order, then was confused with the order and responded with “wait, hold up” and then continued to have a disrespectful tone when my husband asked to repeat the order to make sure it was correct and smarted off with “ITS ALL CORRECT” in the middle of my husband speaking.. and then proceeded to make himself look like a fool by reading an incorrect total while trying to cut off my husband once again.. We drove off and will not be back.

To the gentleman taking our order, It was two number 9’s one with a coke, one with a Dr Pepper.
And two kids, two piece chicken with sprite.

Decided the family wanted Wendy's on Thursday at 7pm on 10.9.25 and the gentleman at the drive through decided that as I was ordering wanted to constantly interrupt me because he wasn't understanding my order. Then decided to scream my total at me and not even read my order back to me as a courtesy just to make sure he got my order right. I immediately left the drive thru and will not be going back. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. 0/10 I hope this message gets to the right person because he's at the wrong place of employment.

This place is BOTTOM of the BARREL, even by the low standards I have for rural Missouri fast food. These people are absolutely AWFUL!

I contacted them and they hung up on me after I asked them basic questions. I am disappointed that these people can't treat people at a basic level with human respect. I will be complaining!

One the best Wendy's I've been to they made sure to take care of everything I need and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. Shout out to Miss Brenna, Miss Brady(I hope I spelled that right and her awesome crew!!!!

Ordered Dave’s double burger combos x2 Received Dave'ssingles.
Maybe mis understood? No was charged for both doubles. Food was ok but not great. Servic was fast but inaccurate.
Won’t go back again.

Handing out totally cold food at the drive through window hope you get fired for serving slop...Someone better take control over this sloppy service and try to do way better..

Got the spicy chicken sandwich, with no tomato. When it got it, it had only tomato on it 🤦🏼‍♀️the chicken was also extremely thin and cold. Save your money and time.

I love wendys always has been one of my favorite fast food places the only negative thing I have to say is the past few times I've been there they forgot to give me a spoon for my frostys. Also there is no sweet tea on the app and they don't have all their beverages listed so what's on the app isn't completely accurate to what's physically there. But I got a baked potato there the bacon and cheese one and for fast food it was a decent size and was really good so if you're a potato lover I recommend it they're burgers are pretty good but they definitely taste different then a normal burger but overall really good food and fast service in the afternoon I've never been in the mornings or late at night. As someone who frequently places a mobile order for most places though I would really appreciate having all the options on the app as well though.

Super slow. Super uneducated all the way up to management. The 3 times I’ve been,
Including today I had to remind them of missing items and to get them, and they still some how mess that up..

Whoever owns this better find good management and workers that aren’t vaping and high 24/7. Crazy

Takes 20 minutes to not make your order correctly. Had to throw entire order away because they can't follow simple instructions causing a food allergy conflict. Always slow and only about 30% correct orders. Will only order through a third party that offers instant refunds since that is what will happen 70% of the time

Placed a mobile order at 837. Sat inside for 15 mins waiting. At about 10 mins in, I was informed that I was waiting for fresh nuggets which is wonderful. Only problem is that for the 10 mins waiting on the nuggets, our burgers were prepared and left to wait as well. The bun was already turning hard and the patties weren’t even warm enough to melt the cheese… My dogs enjoyed my wife’s meal. There was only one other group inside and from what I can tell, not a huge rush in the drive thru. Again, fresh food is great, but make sure it’s ALL fresh bc this experience was very disappointing. I could’ve got better food at any fast food joint that’s not a new establishment. This is probably why y’all only have a 3.4 google review rating a couple weeks in to opening. I’d have given more stars for cleanliness, but that was the only positive review I can give for the visit!!
