Ordered two big fish sandwich got two chicken. Over cooked chicken. And didn’t check till I got To friends house which want fish. Waited at drive thru about 3 minutes before order was taken. And waited at window about the same just disappointed

Went thru drive thru, we ordered senior meals. My Mothers chicken strips were dry and tough, but mine were good. This is one of my favorite Captain D's, and I have visited several. If we had dined in, I'm sure they would have gotten my Mom fresh strips. The other 2 meals we ordered were fine.

Never gotten a hush puppy that is fully cooked. Have heard from several active and former employees about very unsavory poor sanitary conditions being pushed by the owner and her need to push out orders being above the needs of a good, SAFE product.I’ll find fresh catfish or a Long John Silvers over this barf bucket any day.Other than Miss Hunt, the staff is always incredibly present, kind, and helpful.
