They served me a raspberry cheesecake cookie with mold on it. I didn't realize until about halfway through. My fiancee spent the entire night in bed with an upset stomach either from the mold or from an additional *bonus* case of food poisoning.
Those cookies are meant to be baked fresh daily, and I hate to imagine how long they must have been sitting there in order to have grown mold. To me, this means that every day for at least a week, someone looked at those cookies and thought, "Baking more cookies seems like a lot of work. I'm sure nobody will notice that these aren't fresh."
Do not eat here.

The kids working tonight 5/3/24 were doing thier best! Props to them. The line was extremely long. The manager just grabs her phone and heads to the back. She should be ashamed.

Took almost 20 minutes to get 2 6in subs. Even with 6 ppl in line waiting. There was only one Very slow employee working. Eventually another came to help as I ordered my sub. I was the last in line.
The young guy who made my sandwich used bread that was very hard from the air. I have never had this happen before in my 42 years. And there was plenty of bread in the warmer when he pulled mines out. As a trucker I was not able to return my sandwich since I left before I ate it. Someone needs to talk to him and find out his reasons.

Stood there for about 5 minutes while the staff just looks at you and keeps walking. Does not acknowledge you even standing there. I finally walk away and get a sarcastic “ have a great day”. I’d give this pathetic subway a negative star if I could. Customer service does not exist here
