I have came here many times and no matter how busy they are they only have one person up front and it takes 30 plus minutes to get served. The subway to the south in Bethany always has three up front. So much better.

Food was fine, but the servers kind of just wandered around while making the sandwich. The one girl just stopped serving us, walked to the back, came back and started talking to who it seems was her boyfriend. The one guy was trying to help us, but he seemed very confused. All in all, it was just a very weird experience. Everyone was very antagonistic towards one another. A man was screaming expletives in the fridge. It was weird.

We were on a trip, stopped at this gas station and decided to grab sandwiches. Except we didn’t get any sandwiches. When we went in there was three employees behind the counter yet nobody was doing any work and instead were standing around talking to the customer in front of us about how “I’m just here to disappoint people” because they were out of all of their bread except for wheat and white. They also continued to talk and say that they had been there since 7 AM. Understandable why you might be tired, however, why are there three employees when not a single person is working. You have a line of people to serve and you are connected to a gas station right off of the highway where most people are there to stop and get back on the road. Bad service and we had to leave in order to not add an extra 30 minutes to our drive time… Hopefully there’s a mcdonald’s nearby 💔

We walked in around 12am and they had no bread. The team member was nice but for a SUBway… how do you have no bread? After we left they closed the store when they’re supposed to be 24 hours ??? Seems like poor time management.

The best subway I have stopped at in years. They made sure my bacon was extra crispy. My bread was even cut at a 45 degree angle. They had their afternoon bread bake going and their cookie case was fully stocked. They really took care of me in there. Staff is genuine and so friendly. Thank you all for a phenomenal subway experience ❤️

I came here, no one was there. I waited, left. After 15 minutes I came back, there was one worker sitting there, and another one standing at the door. The one who was in the hall gave a signal that I was there. And what do you think he did? He just went inside. I was never served.
