Took almost 20 minutes to get 2 6in subs. Even with 6 ppl in line waiting. There was only one Very slow employee working. Eventually another came to help as I ordered my sub. I was the last in line.

The young guy who made my sandwich used bread that was very hard from the air. I have never had this happen before in my 42 years. And there was plenty of bread in the warmer when he pulled mines out. As a trucker I was not able to return my sandwich since I left before I ate it. Someone needs to talk to him and find out his reasons.

Stood there for about 5 minutes while the staff just looks at you and keeps walking. Does not acknowledge you even standing there. I finally walk away and get a sarcastic “ have a great day”. I’d give this pathetic subway a negative star if I could. Customer service does not exist here

Subway is conveniently located off of I35, easy on and off. Easily enough parking so that should be an issue. It's a very clean every where. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The other thing I know about subways is moisture locally owned and that's a good thing. This restaurant is a Subway and has all the regular kinds of Subway stuff. The food was well prepared hot and delicious. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked and Benefits from being inside a love's truck stop.
