We were traveling home to KC from a trip to northern Iowa. This was a wonderful stop for lunch just off the highway. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was delightful. I would recommend anyone skip the fast food along the highway and take an extra 2 minutes to find this quaint lunch spot! Such a great hometown feel!!

We like to eat local when we are traveling so found this place via Google. We were a little unsure about how we were to order, but someone quickly noticed we were new and the staff came and directed us to the counter to order! Our food was good, large portions.
A huge cheeseburger! Wowie! It was terrific. Generous portions of burgers and fries. Excellent, fast, happy service. Clean and decorated with lovely arrangements of flowers, ornate cornice shelves, and cows with floral halos!

Of you're ever in Eagleville Missouri, or maybe just passing through to Iowa, this needs to be a must stop for you. Its a little local joint with really great food. And the best part, the owener is the cook. And the prices are more then fair for what they serve. 100 stars from me.
