I wanted to get a dinner. And I asked what kind of fish was in the fish dinner and the girl says I don't know. And didn't bother to even ask to go find out so I went from a $13 dinner down to a $6 fish sandwich and when the fish sandwich came she didn't know what kind of fish it was and she still didn't know what kind of fish the fish sandwich was and didn't bother asking I sent it back it was a filet between two buns no tartar sauce no lettuce no nothing so I got a cup of coffee my husband got a hamburger with no lettuce no nothing on it in the loaded potato came with fake bacon wasn't impressed by any of it and my waitress wasn't bothered but lost all that money for her boss now that's the kind of waitress to have untrained you can't even order from the menu cuz they don't know what you're getting. the worst service I've had in years and didn't even bother to go find out, no she didn't get a tip

The Blue Room offers a great menu at good prices. The food is prepared and served just right. I always meet someone that I know when we eat there. It has a hometown atmosphere, and the helpers are always very welcoming. You will find yourself right at home at the Blue Room. Welcome back to Edina, Missouri.

The waitress forgot some of our stuff and said she would be right back. 5-10 minutes later I found her playing with someone's child and she proceeded to ignore me, so someone else had to help. The cheeseburger was raw, but nobody bothered to check on us so we could send it back.

I frequent this establishment for both dining and a night out on the town. Chris and the staff are always eager to please and they have karaoke a couple times a month. The Blue Room is THE spot to hit if anywhere near Edina, MO.
The atmosphere of the new Blue Room is great, however, waiting 2.5hrs for a bacon cheeseburger and home fries is not. It was the “grand reopening” and I arrived that evening to get a burger. They said it would be an hour wait, understandable. An hour turned into an hour and a half and then 2hrs. I look around and the entire front portion of the dining room is EMPTY and there are maybe 20 people in the back by the bar (over half of them are just drinking at the bar not waiting on food). 2.5 hrs rolls around and finally the burger arrives. Clearly it was sitting back there for some time. Cold to the touch and really disappointing as I’m looking at 4 staff just jaw jacking in the kitchen when they could have been bustling to serve customers in a timely manner. And no I wasn’t the only one waiting. Another table seated next to me was waiting for nearly 3 hrs for 4 burgers as well. I don’t see myself returning. The least they could have done was make it right and give me the burger for free or maybe a couple free beers but nahh they’d rather make you pay full price for a cold burger and 2.5hrs of my time.
The blue room had great food. Good place for the family. But not to long ago the place burned down. It was a tragic loss for the Owners and staff. By hopefully it will be rebuilt

We had the grilled chicken wrap and tots, cheeseburger with tots and chicken strips with tots. The wrap was basic, chicken, lettuce, cheese and dressing. It was a little small but it was good. The cheeseburger we all tried and thought it was good. The chicken strips were your basic, run of the mill, dry chicken strips. The tots were crispy and not too greasy. The service was good. The bathrooms are really small single user bathrooms. The building seemed to be big enough to hold a lot of people in it's two sections with the kitchen in the middle. Over all the place was ok but nothing special about it though.
Parking: Parking along side of building, in front on the street, along other side on the street and there is a parking lot across the street.
