The food at night is just absolutely terrible! A few of the night shift employees are just rude and have terrible customer service. I can tell you that just a few years ago this store wasn’t that bad. It has went down hill! On a positive note the day shift people are always sweet and the food is always great then!

I know better to not look at the bag before I left but only order a big Mac and a cheese burger kids meal and got someone else food got a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets kids meal..why is this place so bad in the evening..just wanted a bite to eat because it was 845pm and I live to far out of town to go back..I just got to say shame on me for not stopping and looking in the bag to see if you got something so simple right but shame on the workers for not getting something so simple wrong...

Never answered the drive through order kiosk, no one at the drive through pay window, and it was a surprise when we pulled up to the pick up window to order. Waited 15 minutes for our order and about 6 cars went through after we did. Never stopping again.

It took 30 minutes to get a ride to several times there was huge line behind us order. It wasn’t correct the extra charges for they didn’t charge for a regular mail was really disgusting stuff all over the floor. The sink was broken. No Paper towels The handdryer for your hand was really low and it smelled was really small it wasn’t the spicy sandwich I wanted wasn’t correct. Order of their whole menu. If I could, I would get zero stars

Didn't get the order correct, management made NO effort to correct the problem, even when I tried to reorder. long line, 1 very poor cashier, just all around disappointment. and what a shock, we couldn't get ice cream!

Slow service. Ignores customers. Order in and they give it to you to go. Order sauces and they don't give them to you. Try to ask for help and they ignore you. About 1 in every 5 times it's worth coming in. The rest of the time it's not. Too bad there are very few food choices around here
