I made a online order and paid for it online , when I went to pick up my order they said it was not paid for, I protested, but to no avail. So I paid again. Got home checked with the bank and sure enough I was charged 2 times for one order. So I paid $59.64 for a medium pizza and 8 wings. And the pizza was crap, never going to Pizza Hut in Eldorado Springs Missouri again.

Workers were sleeping in the booths. Out of items I've tried to order multiple times and not willing to offer any replacement when using the points - you have to pay outright for them instead. Poor service. Dirty environment.

Hardly any choices on buffet. I think they had 6. It all tasted like it was old. Like left over when you just pop it in the microwave. They had no fountain drinks. Only water, tea and bottled. And when we asked for a refill on tea they only had half a glass left. She didn’t say they were making more or anything. Just “that’s all we had left”. Total crap. Save your money. It cost $28 bucks to eat the leftovers for two people. Salad was ok. Order off the menu or If there’s a CiCi pizza around, go there. Wayyyy better.

I had a good experience here. It was awkward being the only blacks in this small town being stared at but we we're treated well by the waitress. She was genuinely nice the entire time.

Worst pizza hut I've been in. Dirty, buffet was extremely limited and messy. Staff was just kinda doing their own thing. No plates, had to ask, the waitress seemed annoyed to have to find some. Pizza wasn't even good for a pizza hut.

The ranch was out and we ask for some more but the employees said it would be five minutes fire ranch!! Also none of the employees do anything they sit around and it was busy. The food tasted disgusting and the restaurant looked bad

Went to the buffet and it was packed. Not enough food on the buffet for all the people there. When a pizza was put out it was gone before we could get a piece. Service was good they needed to be making more pizza for the buffet though

Went specifically for the lunch buffet, and were sadly disappointed. There was one waitress covered in makeup and fake eyelashes, over half the tables were dirty and we were never offered silverware even though we were eating the salad bar as part of our meal.The buffet itself was mediocre, they had 6 spots for pizza, two were empty, two were identical and the other two couldn't be eaten by everyone (had jalapeños). People kept coming in, and they had to search for clean tables for them. Overall a waste of 30 dollars for two people.
