Very friendly & talkitive workers that had a conversation with me about the new additions to the posted menu and got my food toasted, made, served to pay very quickly.

I will never go back to this location. I’ll drive 20 minutes to Nevada before I give this Subway my money again.
On 8/19 I submitted a mobile order and it said pick up would be at 6:15pm. I got there at 6:16pm and didn’t see the order ready so I took a seat. 15 minutes passed with no one even acknowledging me so I got up and asked the worker if she could cancel my order. She didn’t know how so she took my number down for the manager the next day.
On 8/20 I went to see if the manager was there to get an update since I hadn’t been refunded yet. She told me verbatim, “They called me last night and told me that you waited 5 minutes and wanted a refund.” I said no, I waited for 15 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready. She said, “There’s a 15 minute window from when you order it and then when you got here it was another 5 minutes.” Where did she get that I waited for only 5 minutes? The whole reason why I was annoyed is because 15 minutes after pick up my food hadn’t even been started! I corrected her again and said, “No. My food was supposed to be ready at 6:15. I got here at 6:16. 6:30 came and my food still wasn’t made so I asked for a refund.”
The workers obviously downplayed the time I spent sitting there because it definitely wasn’t 5 minutes. The managers response was it for me. I honestly wasn’t even going to write a review at first but from her response I had time today. I could see if this was the first time that happened, but this was literally the third time I waited past my pick up time. The first time it happened a customer inside actually told me she never does mobile pick up because the food is never ready. Still, I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt.
I would say do better, but I don’t care because I won’t be back.

Clearly the kid at the counter was new. No options for cookies they didn’t have. We were eating there weekly. We won’t after today

I placed an online order and when I arrived I was told that they could not find the receipt for my order. I went out to get my phone to show them the receipt number and had to wait around 15 minutes while one worker made someone else's online order that was not ready when they arrived. The other employee continued to load a rack with chips instead of helping behind the counter. When it came my turn again and came to find out my order had been sitting on the counter the whole time. To make matters worse my order was not correct and I had to wait longer for my order to be corrected. Keep in mind that when I arrived I was the only customer in the store.
Great place and great service
Highly upset. Not only did the “manager” I would assume it was seem to get upset by my note on my online order that stated “PLEASE make this correctly”. Well there was a reason for it 👍🏼.
Thanks for the no chips that I paid for an a hole in my drinking cup. My sprite leaked EVERYWHERE. Yes ma’am. There was a hole in my cup. Which I find those all odd things after my simple request for valid reasons.
This is the last time I will come to this part of the food chain for Subway. I get it; things happen. I worked for Subway 3 times lol & understand how it can be. But when the excuses overload the continued problems, enough is enough. I’m not an idiot and I know how it should be done. Hence my work experience there. I’ve had a whole sandwich messed up. Missing order items. Etc. I am fed up with it. And there is 0 point in asking for it to be fixed by anyone. Next time; realize my note on my order was for this reason exactly!
Will not come to this end of it again. Beyond upset and baffled. 😕

How does a bowl of salad cost almost $15? Subway has done away with wraps! It's not really good marketing for people trying to watch carbs. The salad was mediocre at best. Never again. Subway has lost a customer.

This is the 2nd and last time that we will be trying this Subway. It did not taste good and we both got sick from it again.
The first time some little snot nose was making my sandwich and I asked for a little more black olives and he told me that that is all of the black olives that I could have and no more. Well...first of all how much am I paying for this sandwich? I should be able to get whatever toppings I want on it.
I have worked for Subway before, and all I will say is I would ask a bunch of different questions about the tuna sandwich if I were you. About if they put lite fat mayo on it or full fat mayo on it. Because if they save product then the get a bonus in their pockets. And this is a fact.

Employees were unwelcoming. Acted irritated that they had to actually do something. Threw food to the side and rolled eyes when we requested no on some items. Very unprofessional
