Coffee here is kinda of expensive and customer service is poor. Now, I understand I will pay more here as it is a specialty coffee spot but when customer service is poor it makes me upset. I have purchased the same coffee and was good but this one associate never makes my coffee right. They refuse to remake it. I know what my coffee usually tastes like when I buy it here and if it doesn't taste the same, or even good, they should fix my coffee. I will not be returning, it's a shame.
