They don't do free refills. And while they advertise the chili, they won't put it on the fries. They'll just hand you a cup for you to do it yourself. That part doesn't make any sense.

Ordered three hot dogs. All three with mustard, one with both ketchup and mustard. Apparently next time I will write it down myself and give it to them or ask them to repeat it back. Got three hot dogs after waiting all three with ketchup and two with mustard. Then called and asked to speak to a manager and asked to repeat myself multiple times on the phone. Poor customer service and won’t be back.
