This has to be the worst food I have ever had. Burgers were cold. Buns were hard. Fries had the texture of the pervious days that had been microwaved 3 hours before they were servied. The ice tea was even bad, it just looked like dark water.

The food was......okay. it wasn't the freshest and our order was messed up. We went at a slower time so it wasn't that busy. Have definitely had better from other Hardee's stores.

I had the same trouble as others. Food was cold. I asked for a receipt and they said they didn't give receipts because they don't have paper. I have a picture but not sure how to post it. I'm so disappointed. Tables were dirty and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I ordered a Frisco Burger which was cold buttered bread. Not toasted. I have stomach issues so I hope the food doesn't hurt me from sitting out. First time in my life I've gotten a cold burger. $8 for a cold burger. Plus a little attitude. Toilets nasty. I was really happy to be eating at a Hardee's.

I would give it no stars if I could. Every time I get food from here it’s wrong. Instead of doing their jobs the employees just want to complain how their job is so hard. I work in the food service industry and I know it’s hard but I’m not telling every customer I see that my job sucks. Please just go out of business already.

The employees seem like they haven’t had a second of training or coaching on how to interact with customers. Especially the little guy with the “Proudly served” shirt. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Ever.
My friend and I ran up to get grab breakfast about 10am. I went through the drive thru cause I was not dressed to in. We were looking at the menu, no one in line. They just kept bugging us til we ordered. The sandwich and blueberry biscuits were cold and hard. My friend offered to take it back. The manager was extremely rude slinging items around because he was angry. He continued to mouth about my clothes stating it was no reason to return it. My attire is has nothing to do with cold and hard food. Ive lived here my whole life and years sine Id been there because of the service. I’ll continue to do so.

I desperately wish this place would get shut down and put up something with higher standards for employees. while basically all hardees breakfast is fantastic this place is absolutely terrible. Every time I try to go here to get something to eat the food is not cooked completely. I asked the guy to cook it longer and he told me if I wanted a job I could teach them how to cook it myself. And threw his hands up like he was tough. Lol the guy works at hardees like geez man I'm sorry that you guys get paid terribly but don't act like it's my fault you guys don't do your jobs well. I have to pay 13 dollars for a breakfast sandwich I want it to be good. And not talked to like I was an A hole for asking my food actually be done. Also they are not corporate so good luck reaching anyone. All I can do is pray this place gets shut down and something good is put in it's place. That won't hire people that hate their lives and take it out on the customers. Cashiers name was raymond. Raymond should do something besides talk to people for a living.

By the time someone noticed that people were standing at the front we was already walking out of the building terrible service and the workers looked miserable.
