I spent almost $20 for absolutely no reason. I ordered food on the app yesterday's before walking inside to check in because apparently the employees don't realize that's what the ASAP option is for. Well when I check in I'm told they have absolutely nothing I ordered keep in mind it was chicken strips, curly fries, chocolate shake, and a lemonade. I have been a fan of hot ham and cheese at Hardee’s for 40 years. The “big” hot ham and cheese was definitely light on the ham side and wasn’t hot. Curly fries were Luke warm at best. There appeared to only be 2 employees working, but the young ladies service was great. Very pleasant and prompt.
The people working today were really nice, the food was so good and they actually gave us extra napkins and sauces in our bag. It's a totally different experience than other fast food restaurants.
