My family and I stopped in one evening for ice cream. The workers behind the counter were all very friendly and quick to serve us. The ice cream was delicious, but it was a bit melted already, when served to us. Enough that my two scoops couldn't hold form. I'm not in there very often, so perhaps just a one-time freezer issue. My only other complaint would be the price. My small cup of half melted ice cream was $6. 😲 Besides that, it is a nice little place to have a treat. They even have tables outside on a patio. I highly recommend this place, just bring plenty of money.

Great spot for some delicious ice cream in the LOZ area. Anytime we have the opportunity to grab some Ice Cream Factory, we make sure to make time for it.
While I can’t say I’ve had all of their different flavors, I can say that the Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Caramel Tracks, and Mint Chocolate Chip ice creams are delicious!
We like to eat inside, but they do have a convenient drive through for those who are passing through.
Lastly, we learned today that they have a Dairy Free strawberry ice cream that our toddler got to enjoy! Shout out to The Ice Cream Factory for being able to offer Dairy Free options!

We had heard this place had great ice cream and we were not disappointed. It’s fantastic! We sampled several flavors while the owner described how they make everything fresh next door, including ice cream, toppings, add-ins and cones. Very clean and friendly.

The food and service are great, but there seems to be a lot of mismanagement between the owner and staff. I've been a regular enough to know they have a little more than the usual seasonal turnover... hopefully everyone can work things out since otherwise it's a great spot.

Definitely a fun place to stop for ice cream!! It was delicious?the place had very nice atmosphere, clean and tidy, as well as modernly decorated...it was also great for photography backgrounds? and we enjoyed the time spent here!?everything was great even though it was a little pricy.....however it was still amazing ice cream, might have to go back sometime to try some other flavors!!?
