My family and I stopped in one evening for ice cream. The workers behind the counter were all very friendly and quick to serve us. The ice cream was delicious, but it was a bit melted already, when served to us. Enough that my two scoops couldn't hold form. I'm not in there very often, so perhaps just a one-time freezer issue. My only other complaint would be the price. My small cup of half melted ice cream was $6. 😲 Besides that, it is a nice little place to have...
The gal behind the counter was so helpful and sweet. She answered my questions and offered me samples so I could make an informed decision as to what kind of ice cream I wanted. It was delicious! Highly recommend.
Great spot for some delicious ice cream in the LOZ area. Anytime we have the opportunity to grab some Ice Cream Factory, we make sure to make time for it.
While I can’t say I’ve had all of their different flavors, I can say that the Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Caramel Tracks, and Mint Chocolate Chip ice creams are delicious!
