I've been there when it was very busy as well as the only family in there. Each time the service was great, and the food was a touch more spicy than I like, but it is Mexican, so it was expected, and I was still able to enjoy it. From the outside it doesn't look like much but the inside does give off a nice enjoyable dining experience.

I'm from San Diego California and this restaurant offers awesome food plain and simple no doubt about it Mexican food at its finest cannot stop coming here.
We live on west side of lake. Took day trip and found Manuels. This is by far the BEST Mexican food we have ever eaten. From chips and dip to entrees, all was superb! Wish we lived closer!
