I've been there when it was very busy as well as the only family in there. Each time the service was great, and the food was a touch more spicy than I like, but it is Mexican, so it was expected, and I was still able to enjoy it. From the outside it doesn't look like much but the inside does give off a nice enjoyable dining experience.
We live on west side of lake. Took day trip and found Manuels. This is by far the BEST Mexican food we have ever eaten. From chips and dip to entrees, all was superb! Wish we lived closer!
Hands down the best Mexican food we have had here. Totally addicted to the smothered Carne Asada burrito! Prices are so reasonable you will want to come back with the whole family!
