App ordered for my hubby to pick up in his way home. They handed him my ice cream then pulled him for 8 minutes. It was liquid by the time he got it to me. Could of just brought it all out at the same time and i wouldn't have anything to complain about.

It wasn't clean, like it should be, but that's not the worst part. Your order would come up, they didn't call it out, and people were grabbing stuff that wasn't theirs because of it. The manager was the one putting the bags of food up so he should have known to call out orders. Probably wouldn't matter as the kiosk didn't give receipts anyway. And had to argue to get my drink. He just placed the bag up there and walked away. I asked for my drink cup and he said oh, a water cup? I corrected him and asked for the large drink I ordered. You would think in a small town there would be better service, but I guess small town isn't what it used to be.

I waited 20 minutes in a drive through waiting spot, finally got my food with 2 complimentary pies, was on the way home and realized they forgot my wife's order I was bringing home to her, but I was to far out of town to turn around. I know I paid for the food since it was on the receipt. Their food is good. Especially happy they brought the chicken wraps back. But having a significant portion of an order missing is a serious negative.

Ordered over $20 worth of food. 3 sandwiches, 10 piece nuggets and fries. Nuggets were missing. The burger was cold, the spicy McChicken was cold and hard as a rock. Both the burger and it seemed to be cooked a long time ago. Only thing that was warm was the fries and the deluxe crispy sandwich.

Drive thru, taste as expected, McDonald's the good ol standby....
I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato and paid $4.88 for a cup of creamer with no coffee in it. The ladies were very nice but please learn to make a coffee if you’re charging almost 5 dollars. Also, the cup is full of ice and If you ask for light ice, your cup will not be filled all the way, but you’re still paying five dollars.

Always messing up. Ordered 2 chickens and a fri... I got 3 mcdoubles ... Ridiculous its just notorious... At first I thought this was the only McDonald's in 100 miles that gave a shit. Turns out it's just like the rest.. worthless..
