Good portions of food for the money. The service was great, and very friendly. It was mostly clean except one dining room really needed the floor swept. We had breakfast and it was okay except the pancakes were a little tough and difficult to cut through. Also, every time I have hashbrowns they are undercooked. They could use more time on the grill. For the most part it's a pretty good place to eat.
Doesn't seem like much on the outside, however the inside is decorated really cute. We stopped in on a July Friday morning on our way out of Lake Ozark. Our server was phenomenal. The portions were perfect and the price was just right. We really enjoyed our food. Coffee was good, too.
It's nice to have a local place that serves such a wide variety of menu items; always got and fresh. And they have pie. The only thing I don't like is when I get fried chicken for takeout and they put green beans in the dame container with the chicken and it makes my chicken skin soggy . That makes me sad. But did I mention that they have pie?
