These people are very kind and respectful. They help where they can and are available when others are not. Thanks for your humanity.

My girlfriend and I stopped by and ate at Cafe and More. I hade the Lobster Bisque and she had the Shrimp and Grits. Both were absolutely scrumptious! The atmosphere is definitely rustic, you would not imagine getting five star food in such an establishment. The price was hard to beat. First time I’ve ever had Pappy Van Winkle available. Our favorite thing was the fondue fountain with the elegant assortment of cheeses. The home made Colby/Pepper-Jack was orgasmic to say the least. We are planning a trip to Missouri just to dine at this wonderful establishment again. The crowd at the happy hour was incredible, we had several rounds bought for us by some of the locals. It was definitely a festive time and one of the best nights of our lives.

This place is the area’s secret spot. If you let them know you have a special event planned a week in advance they will have their special meat from Japan flown in. If you have never experienced 100% authentic wagyu beef, you are in for a treat. They did this for us and it was amazing. He also had some lobster flown in for Maine and some King Craps flown in from Alaska. The fact that Jay is willing to arrange flights for food that normally would not be available in this area unless it was frozen is unbelievable. He has a nice selection of fine bourbon available that rivals a high class bar in Manhattan or some swanky place out in LA. The beer cooler is filled with ice cold selections from all over the world. The desserts are to die for. Cakes, pastries and pies. Their cheesecake is as good as any in New York. The appearance is rustic and cozy. Makes you feel like you can relax as if at home. I guess that’s what sets Cafe and More apart. Fine dining in a casual atmosphere, at fast food prices.
