I placed a to go order. When I arrived to pick it up and the total was twice what it normally is I knew something was wrong. They read it back to me to confirm and I found the issue that there was something I didn’t even order. Still my total was way more than usual but they already had my card and swiped it I asked for the itemized receipt and sure enough two of the items were not al carte as I ordered. I explained this they voided my transaction and then said it will take until Tuesday to get my money back but they needed to run my card again for the correct total less than half of what they originally charged me . So in total I would have been paying over $110 for three plates of food until I was issued the refund for nearly $70 three days after the fact, for them incorrectly charging my card.It’s just so hurtful. I have been coming here since it opened and for them to treat me like this when it was their mistake is just appalling.

The waiter had no idea about the menu selection. I asked for a specific entree and what was served, was not only wrong, but inedible. Dry tough beef, poor portions and cold. I can't remember when I had a worse athletic food experience.
