The horseshoe burger tasted like it was a frozen patty. It needed to be fresh. It also needed seasoning. A little salt pepper garlic maybe. The chili was runny. It needed thickened and seasoning as well. The beer battered fries were good. We also ordered the nacho chili cheese fries. They were good but like I said the chili needed thickened. It was soupy. Had to use a spoon. The waitress was wonderful. Never let our glasses get low. Cozy little place.
The food was great, service as soon as we set down, refills, etc. Friendly.

We stopped by this charming diner on the way from Missouri to Arkansas. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic! Large portions of pancakes for me and an omelette for my husband. More good than we could eat. The coffee was good too!
