“It's always great when somebody who clearly loves food and people starts their own business - we all get the benefit! I was really glad there were options for someone avoiding gluten without having to ask questions (I am not diagnosed celiac, so please ask if you are!) I very much enjoyed the chili fries and the pulled pork nachos while the family chowed down on excellent burgers and fresh-cut fries.”

“Taste The Occasion is ALWAYS our go to stop for breakfast or brunch! There is something for everyone! I was a huge fan of the chicken salad protein packs. Our boys love the frozen hot chocolate. Our other favorites include homemade oatmeal cream pies, blueberry scones, lemon scones, cinnamon cream cheese danish, strawberry cream cheese danish, and the banana nut bread. Amber and her staff are super friendly and a pleasure to do business with!”

“Hunt Brothers Pizza is a great pizza for anybody searching for really good tasting food the employees are always very respectful their Pizza is also never undercooked or overcooked it is always just right with a perfect amount of toppings”

“We had breakfast here twice. It was amazing both times. My 3 and 4 year old particularly liked the pancakes and chicken fried steak with gravy. The biscuits were amazing. The fried catfish is the best I’ve ever had. Service is wonderful. 5⭐️”

“I was thrilled to see gluten free bread, pasta, and pizza crust on the menu along with flourless chocolate cake. I had 4 meals here: 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. Everything was delicious! The omelette was so good that I had it both days. The ribs and the bourbon chicken hit the spot. We’ve eaten here many times when we’ve stayed in the cabins, and I foresee us eating here many more times in the future.”
