Passing through Missouri and looked up BBQ. This place looked good and said it was open so we drove 80 miles to get some delicious food. Pulled up and there weren’t any cars and it looked a little run down but again I was hoping that just meant it was going to be a good hole in the wall place. We walked up and the door was unlocked so walked in but it was deserted. No one working and no food just looked like a kitchen storage. We all thought it was a little weird and closed the door and left. Definitely a memorable experience but not for the food. Is this place closed down? Why was the door unlocked lol. I should have called ahead of time.

I stopped by while passing through for lunch. I eat mainly carnivore, or everything left after the vegans leave. I was able to get brisket, pulled pork, and pork steak only. It was charged by the pound a la carte and very delicious. Spicy Mustard was great as well.Meat was lightly seasoned, good bark and medium smoke flavor.My favorite was the brisket!! I'll be back if I get the chance. The owners were fun to chat with while the meat was getting ready.Stop by. Quick and great. Good moisture, flavor and tenderness.
Best Pork Steak n Ribs bar none. The pork steaks are huge, tender n delicious and the ribs are awesome. Found my Go -To place for carry out Smoked BBQ!!!
