It is Arby's. There was a special on the medium roast beef meal, and I appreciate that. I wish they would bring back potato cakes permanently. Donna made the dining experience very welcoming!

This place has severely gone downhill, ordered a sandwich in store for to go, when i got to my vehicle and opened it it was missing ingredients and very little meat, mind you this is the sandwich i always get at other locations, i brought it back in and was told they didnt have enough ingredients, why wasnt i told that before i paid “ enough money”, and basically told thats how i would have to eat it. After saying i dont want it i was given a refund by gentleman while the lady working drive through at 2 pm today ,who originally made the sandwich proceeded to make rude comments. Gm needs to go check that place as this is not the first issue ive had there. Absolutely no customer service. I was not the only person who was upset

Typical Arby's. The store was staffed by three people at noonish on a Friday. The counter woman greeted everyone as if she was just opening the doors for the first customer. I waited for a to go order and watched her greet every customer. I was impressed at the focus and determination of the THREE staff trying to take care of at least 3 dozen customers within a short timeframe. Bravo

Aug 21, after 4pm. Waited 20 minutes, give or take a minute, for my order that never came. I watched drive though customers and one inside get their orders before me before asking for a refund. I received the refund but no apology was given or an offer to complete the order.
No I'm not going to go to your website and give you my personal information. Just train you employees better.

I ordered a large chocolate shake. As to my surprise it was way smaller and twice the price. It has been awhile since I had my been there for a shake. Even with the current disaster of an economy I had no problem with the price. It was just smaller. I didn't expect a lower price, but I did expect the same size for twice as much. There is no logic in this descion. I'm getting less and someone is making a more $$$. That is greed to me. Not customer is #1.
