We have ordered from the Eureka Domino’s for two years. Always happy with service. They are ALWAYS so nice. Today was a very different experience. The app said the pizza was ready but I waited 7 minutes after arriving and finally went inside to ask if there was a problem. We placed an order to be delivered to the hotel we were staying at. Got to our room and it was the wrong pizza. Tried calling and was on hold. Finally decided to drive it there to get a refund as we were heading home the next morning. On the way there finally got through on the phone, after being disconnected, and explained to Stephanie that we got the wrong pizza and I’d just like a refund. She just replied, ‘ok’ and hung up. We ordered a pizza from them and they dropped it off at the wrong house and then we called about our missing pizza and they said we don’t deliver to you after we already paid for it and wouldn’t deliver us our pizza. Now does that make any sense?? 🤔
