Sat in dine in for over an hour for one large pepperoni pizza. Every single table was dirty when we walked in, I had to use my own sanitizer wipes to clear off a table for us. The beers were skunky. There was a man wearing a sleeveless shirt in the kitchen walking around drinking fountain soda. Doesn't scream sanitary to me at all. Went to use the women's bathroom during my hour wait, walked out bc it was unusable. I've worked in several restaurants my whole life, still work customer service and I'm sorry, this is unacceptable. There were two teenage boys that looked like they were the only ones with a sense of urgency. And as a matter of fact, one of the teens could see how upset I was and brought us a free dessert. He's literally the only one that cared. Wish I would have gotten his name. Good kid.

Very simple but very clean little restaurant. We had an all meat pizza. Not a lot of sauce but it was okay. The my husband ordered a full size salad. They only gave us a 1/2 order but we wouldn't have known had the people in our party not asked why our salad was so small otherwise we would have been taken advantage of. They did make it right and their blue cheese dressing was amazing!! The service was super prompt as well.

We liked their pizza, don’t judge the St Louis pizza based upon reviews. Give it a chance you won’t be disappointed, it is exactly as described. Get the toasted Ravioli it’s way better than some I’ve tried around St Louis!

Came to eat here after a long day at six flags and it was great! I left my bag at the restaurant and they went out of their way to mail it back since we live out of state! The food was great and so was the staff, would definitely recommend!

We loved stopping at IMO'S after a day at six flags. The pizza was fire!! And very affordable for having to feed a group of 6. And the service was on point!! But on top of that the employees were pretty great too!! I want to give a shout out to Luke the manager bcuz he went above and Beyond to help us get a purse back that one if my teens left behind, since we are from IL. I couldn't just go back and get it. Thank you so much Luke for being amazing!! We appreciate you!!

Great friendly service!!! The team was so kind to fix a mistake on my order & they were careful with my gluten free order. Luke was very professional, I appreciated his above-and-beyond courtesy and manners. Also this is in a pretty convenient location, I was able to place my order and pick it up after running errands. Will definitely be back!

Got a carryout, app said my pizza was done but still had to wait inside for 15 minutes. Then I heard a crew member mock my tip even though it was a carryout. Never giving this store any of my time or money again.
They didn't get my order right but charged me for it. Service was bland, and the atmosphere was ok , I seen people with out protection gear for customers food.

Call at 8:45 this evening and after a machine answered and said “call back because we are busy with customers”. I called back and a gentleman answered the phone and all he said was “We closed at 8, have a great night” and hung up! On a Saturday, they closed at 8 and have some smart ass kid answering the phone. Well, I will go to Pacific IMO’s from now on. Lost thousand from this customer since I order for many functions

I'm not a picky eater but this pizza is horrible. Both of my kids wouldn't eat it tastes like they put cheese whiz on it it was so thin right now I can't even compare it to anything that I've ever tasted my friend just said have you ever tasted Pizza like that and I have to agree with him know and I'm not one to complain at first I told the kids shut up and eat if you don't like it you're not that hungry after eating a few pieces I felt like an jerk because it truly was garbage
