Horrible! Absolutely horrible and don't understand portions whatsoever when making a sandwich. My wife stopped to get me the #16 with kicken ranch added and while I love the kicking ranch, they thought it was necessary to put a whole damn gallon jug of it on the damn sandwich. Pretty damn nasty when you feel like your drinking a jug of sauce while eating your sandwich. A little goes a long way. Or how about don't charge for the sauce on the side and I'd just order it that way.

Terrible owner. These poor employees have to deal with the worst speaker Iāve ever heard on a daily basis. Been atleast 4+ years of complaining about the thing and they always just tell me their owner refuses to do anything about it. Cheap.

I ordered a turkey Tom add pickles and cheese no mayo with mayo packets because I take it home. I also ordered it cut in half. Not cut in half, no mayo packets and no cheese in sight. I check the receipt and all the things are on there. I just get so bummed when my food is never how I ask it to be made even when I pay for these add ons I am not getting

Ordered a sandwich and asked to add bacon, oil &vinegar, and salt &pepper. They gave us a regular sandwich, no bacon or oil &vinegar, with little packs of salt and pepper. These employees are ruining your business.

I ordered a Sandwich and a drink trying to get a meal. The price on this thing said 1295 to make it a meal and I get to the window and I was like hey I thought it said 1295 to make it a meal. and he goes. yeah those prices change a lot. So thatās not the real price for a meal for a favorites. I said wow, OK so then you probably should not have that on your sign and take it down and the kid was so rude and was like yeah well I donāt know what to tell you.
Also got my food and the bread is extremely hard. It will not let me upload a video or I would. L
This place is ran by extremely rude children with no customer service experience whatsoever. I would not recommend going there.

Ate and gtfo or I would have the receipt to reference. We came in today just before 5pm. Got off the highway with an 18mo in need of a diaper change. Three adults, two women and one man. Check your cameras and receipts for reference? 6- add onions, 6- add onions, pickles and jalapeƱo crunchies, 7- as is comes, bbq chips and medium drink.
Very gross bathroom no changing table. Off to a poor start. Changed him on a booth table. Informed the staff to ensure theyād sanitize behind us. As of leaving the restaurant they did not.
Ate in a different booth. The soft drinks were all off. Tried coke, diet, sprite and cherry cola. Waste of money in the soft drink.
Music inside was super loud and not really family friendly, though I couldnāt reference the exact song or artist. It was more of a party scene vibe than background music for a chain sandwich shop in the late afternoon.
Walked the dog out behind the building before getting back on the highway. Noticed a large bong set up in the back and observed several uniformed employees (and additional people - staff? Friends?) passing what appeared (and smelled) like a joint back there. Itās all making sense now why things were not cleaned and sorted inside the restaurant.
We are on long road trip, our expectations are pretty reasonable as we go to Jimmy Johnās a lot, use the app etc. We should have done so today but we were flustered and disoriented once the bathroom was not suitable for adult use let alone a diaper change. Not expecting compensation, simply hoping that this location gets a little clean up from corporate or management though since itās super convenient for our family trips and itās the not-subway/not-deep fried option.
Vegetarian options: One option only. But itās there. Nothing for vegans.
