Placed a mobile order ahead of time to pick up my lunch. Waited 30 minutes in line for just 1 meal. Got up to the pickup window and was handed my drink. After waiting 5 more minutes, the guy came back and asked me to pull forward. at this point I already spent my entire lunch break in line. I asked how much longer and was told he didn't know. I explained I only had a few more minutes and I would have to leave. I pulled up, waited another 3 minutes, but had to leave without my food as I had a meeting I would be late for. Called to the store to ask for a refund and was told no refund since I drove off without my food. No empathy at all.

I’ve been stopping by this location for many years. The workers are always extremely friendly, personable, and efficient. The food is always top-notch quality compared to other locations. Most of my past experiences have been pretty bad too be fairly honest but this time it was great i definitely will be returning. As soon as i get to the front to order my food im instantly noticed by a young gentleman with a cross necklace on he also had glasses he took my order correctly and was patient with me. He even BROUGHT IT OUT ON A TRAY TO MY TABLE. 10/10 customer service place was a little dirty but food was great.

This is absolutely worst Mc Donald’s location! We waited about 30-40 minutes in the drive thru for just a basket of fries and a coke. It took an entire 20 minutes for the customer in front of us to only get one happy meal!!!! Not only did they not give us our receipt but when I asked for more ranch - the worker in the drive thru shut her window door in my face! Never coming here again !

Typical McDonald's fare - quick, inexpensive, and easy. This location had fairly slow service despite what looked like no/few cars at drive-thru and no one in line to order, but 4 or 5 people I could see in the kitchen area. Don't have the soda fountain in common area, so you have to wait for someone to acknowledge you and eventually get a refill.

Went thru drive thru lady said she couldn't hear us thru her headset we pulled around my total was $9.15 we gave her $10.15 she had to pulled out a calculator then we waited 30 mins for our food in drive thru it was the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's
