Slow service.
We were traveling and wanted to stretch our legs and sit down. The inside was tiny. Not a single table was clean. The only other person sitting inside was a homeless guy. We had to order from a kiosks ourselves. There was a bell to ring for assistance, rang it 5 times and nothing... the food took forever to come out! Never going back to this location.

Apparently you can only get service at the drive-thru this morning i waited and waited finally a voice came over the speaker are using the mobile app.i said no. Then complete silence someone pulled into the 1st speaker area and right away are you using mobile app yes she was went on through so I said HELLO ,HELLO no answer I stupidly did this a few times before driving off. Pissed off!!!!

The weekend crew double fries, they're hash browns, so they come out greasy. The weekday crew makes them perfect.

Food was ok what you would expect. While eating a customer who clearly hangs around there all the time (he had a home in a booth) proceeded to tell my husband and I about bashing someone's skull in if he saw them.

This breakfast drive-through is great! Food has always been correct, warm, and delicious!! I get an order that has substitutions, and it's always correct and fast!

Placed a mobile order ahead of time to pick up my lunch. Waited 30 minutes in line for just 1 meal. Got up to the pickup window and was handed my drink. After waiting 5 more minutes, the guy came back and asked me to pull forward. at this point I already spent my entire lunch break in line. I asked how much longer and was told he didn't know. I explained I only had a few more minutes and I would have to leave. I pulled up, waited another 3 minutes, but had to leave without my food as I had a meeting I would be late for. Called to the store to ask for a refund and was told no refund since I drove off without my food. No empathy at all.
