I'm so grateful that I'm able to have the opportunity to get my food in a flash, and with respectful service included daily, well all except for today due to the snow storm that has poured a massive amount of snow and ice making it impossible for anyone to get anywhere. Guess I'll go home and cook something!

Dinning room very dirty and trash cans were full at 530 for nobody really in the lobby. Also kind of odd to not have Soda Fountains to get refills yourself in the dining area

Over the years, whenever we’ve visited this McDonald’s in Eureka, MO, I always leave wishing I hadn’t come. Poor attitudes, lack of service, incomplete orders, and their infamous excuse of the ice cream machine being 'out of order'—but only at certain times of the day—are the norm. Whenever you make specific requests, instead of trying their best to fulfill them, they come up with excuses as to why they can’t. This has happened with iced coffee drinks, ice cream, well-done eggs, lemonade—you name it, they won’t deliver.
My conclusion is that this location is trash, and I won’t be returning.

I don’t know, maybe it’s normal but the drive-through worker called me “hon” twice and to me it feels demeaning. They’re probably just trying to be sweet but… not everybody likes that

Not clean had to clean a table for my family to sit down and didn't bring all my food out to my family when was giving dirty looks when asking questions

Literally burnt the shit out of my sandwich so it tasted like cardboard and every time we’ve been here the workers have been so rude. Here was the convo:
“Hi how is your day?” (Customer)
*sigh*”what can I get you” (worker)
Go to literally ANY other McDonald’s. You are wasting your money to go here. Yes, McDonalds are known for not having the best hospitality or quality, but this food wasn’t very edible and the service was just plain out disrespectful for no reason.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Waited over an hour to get Food asked for a refund. She said no. The little manager called the cops. Needless to say we got a refund and left.
The manager on shift shouldn’t be a manager! This all happened from 7pm-8:45 on 12/18/24

Quarter pounder was very uncooked and red and runny. They have automatic grills, this was obviously someone trying to speed through a Rush. Not okay. They just had an issue with that exact sandwich having E- Coli.
They mess up my orders
This was hands down the worst I have ever been treated at ANY food location. My bad for heading to McDonald's for breakfast, but we all make mistakes. After waiting for minutes on my food through the drive thru, I phoned the store. (I was in pjs and didn't want to go in.) I was told food was coming and hung up on. I called back when my food didn't arrive and was very kind and just asked for my order. I know these people have lousy jobs. I'm not one to be rude to anyone. On the second call, I asked how long it would be and was AGAIN hung up on. I went inside at that point and the manager on duty wouldn't give me their name and walked away from me when I asked for a refund. Another worker came to the cash register and refused to give me a refund for my coffee because she said I already had it. However I did not. I did end up getting my full refund, which I appreciated. The rudeness of the manager is reflected through the other employees and I absolutely blame the owners for allowing this behavior to continue. This is not the first time I have had rudeness at this location although nothing that would require a review. Today, there were ahead of me who also went in to get their order and was treated very poorly. I will suggest that you give your money to a different location as you will not be treated appropriately at this location.
I get mistakes happen, but for a “manager” to be rude and hateful, not only to customers but to other employees is uncalled for. Our order was wrong and the manager with dark brown hair and red Mcd’s sweater acted as if I was a huge inconvenience because I wanted what we actually ordered. Told me I was going to have a long wait if I wanted it fixed and made it seem like it was my fault it was wrong. Mind you- we were the only people dining in store and 3 cars in the drive through. She didn’t want to give my receipt back, as I’m sure she knew I was going to report her attitude. After 15 minutes of waiting she comes out with a bag asking if the corrected item had been brought out. We say no and she hands us the bag blaming the other employees. (If she had it in her hand, she obviously knew we hadn’t received it yet.) Seeing a pattern in these reviews. I hope the district manager or franchise owners are reading everything.
