Raw and gross, this was after cooking it for 10 min, which wasnt long enough, the toppings tasted freezer burnt. We were so sad. Manager was really sweet, offered to re make but we had to pick up which wasnt an option at the moment or she said she would add a credit for a future order, but we will never order from them so we don't want that. This was also the pan crust but it did not look like it use to, I ordered the kids hand tossed and they looked the same, but the kids pizza was cooked

I eat lunch at the Eureka location at least twice a week. I never have any issues with my personal pan pepperoni pizza. The employee's are kind and helpful. The dining room is well kept and an excellent choice for dining in.

Food was hot on time extremely great tasting. The staff very friendly. The Manager was So helpful, friendly and very professional and calm when I angry customer came in yelling at her . My Wife and I frequently eat inside the restaurant , never have we had any negative issues! Highly recommended this location!

I’ll be straightforward, is the only Pizza Hut I’ve ever enjoyed. The ingredients are always fresh, and the service is excellent. They truly care about how your experience is & try their best to make it a good one.
If you haven’t tried their tavern pizza, you definitely should!

Service was as expected for a Friday at dinner time, we opted for dine in bottled soda so no refills, we asked for ranch dressing and garlic butter upon ordering and never received had to go up and ask, we was the only one doing dine in so as far as service went very lacking to poor, I get it they was busy with carry outs and delivery's, as we finished up we had to go ask for a carry out boxes and had to ask for the check, again we was the only ones eating in at the time, then expected a decent tip which normally I'm a pretty good tipper depending on service and the service we received didn't warrant the tip they was asking for, the quality of the food wasn't what was expected.

Don’t bother with delivery. It goes to DoorDash. They pick up a bunch so you could wait over 40minutes from it being PICKED UP and have cold food that’s not worth the $50 spent.

I’m shocked by how poorly the kitchen here is managed. I understand that things can get busy and that orders might not always come out in perfect sequence, but there’s no excuse for such a lack of coordination. Orders should, at the least, be started in the order they’re received.
No one should place an order and arrive 15 minutes later to witness their pizza come fresh out of the oven—and then have to wait another 30 minutes for their side of fries. All the while, the pizza oven churns out 10 more pizzas, and the fryer sits idle.
Unacceptable and extremely frustrating for customers.

The Night Manager is amazing. I showed up with about 15 others from my job 1 hour before closing. He didn't complain or anything. He treated us very professional. He was even asking us questions about what we did. He made me feel like family.

I ordered online with confirmation the pizza would be ready at 6:15pm. I sat in the waiting area and at 6:30pm I inquired about my order (costing 80.00; 3 large pizzas and a bread stick) and showing her the time my order should have been done. She replied by saying well the internet lied. I finally received my order at 6:55pm. On another note I watch several people leave because of the service. I will not go back.
