Don’t bother with delivery. It goes to DoorDash. They pick up a bunch so you could wait over 40minutes from it being PICKED UP and have cold food that’s not worth the $50 spent.

I’m shocked by how poorly the kitchen here is managed. I understand that things can get busy and that orders might not always come out in perfect sequence, but there’s no excuse for such a lack of coordination. Orders should, at the least, be started in the order they’re received.
No one should place an order and arrive 15 minutes later to witness their pizza come fresh out of the oven—and then have to wait another 30 minutes for their side of fries. All the while, the pizza oven churns out 10 more pizzas, and the fryer sits idle.
Unacceptable and extremely frustrating for customers.

The Night Manager is amazing. I showed up with about 15 others from my job 1 hour before closing. He didn't complain or anything. He treated us very professional. He was even asking us questions about what we did. He made me feel like family.

I ordered online with confirmation the pizza would be ready at 6:15pm. I sat in the waiting area and at 6:30pm I inquired about my order (costing 80.00; 3 large pizzas and a bread stick) and showing her the time my order should have been done. She replied by saying well the internet lied. I finally received my order at 6:55pm. On another note I watch several people leave because of the service. I will not go back.

The delivery driver grabbed the wrong order, so they remade the order and doordash delivered. The pizza didn't look like a pan pizza so I called to ask about it. The manager didn't seem to care. The Pizza Hut delivery driver was either drunk or high as a kite. They also brought the wrong soda we ordered. Not one to complain on here but if your manager isn’t going to care, that’s a problem.

I almost always have to correct them to get the things I actually ordered, when they do get it right something else is usually wrong.
Only one worker there. She was very kind and quick. Remembered us from before. Offered a cookie for stopping by again! A very thoughtful surprise ☺ ! Keep your customers happy and they will come back!!!

35 min for us to get water for our table in which I had to go up to the Counter while standing there and being ignored an hour and a half later after ordering our food still nothing while watching other people who had Come after us Due to us having our children with us, we decided after an hour and a half of no food to leave. My recommendation would be to drive past this place and patronize one of the many Other restaurants in the area, I know why Pizza Hut Is switching to smaller delivery businesses And cannot handle basic restaurant skills.
