I had to change the day of delivery, which was a very easy process via phone. The flowers arrived on the new delivery date and were in great condition and just as pictured on the website.

Schnucks in Eureka is a great place to go for groceries. I find quality foods in the deli, meat and seafood counter, and bakery. The fruits and veggies are fresh and in good shape - not all beat up. Employees are courteous and helpful. I'll drive the extra 5 miles for Schnucks anytime.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughters school for her birthday and the bouquet they sent looked nothing like what was pictured online. The colors and the size were way off. I had asked for a photo to be sent to me of the bouquet before it was to be delivered and they didn't send probably because they knew I'd want them to fix it. When I got a hold of them to ask them about sending me a photo they told me it had already been delivered and that they were out of the Gerber daisies but the substituted them for something else but once I saw the bouquet it was like it was all substituted not even the same color scheme. Not happy at all with my first experience using schnucks floral department.

I called to place an order for a corsage and got hung up on and tried to call back and the same woman answered the phone and as soon as i told her who i was she hung up again terrible customer service all around it was very rude
I've used this florist Many times. They go above and beyond. I have Never had a problem getting directly to the florist department. They do an outstanding job. Their arrangements are always gorgeous and well worth any monies I've spent for an arrangement. You won't be disappointed!

Apparently they have an order service intercept all calls. Would not let me speak to the store to ask about variety. Agent on the phone did not speak English as his native language. Hard to understand. We'll call a local florist. More lost floral business Schnucks!
