In line with a couple of people to order and ask one of the workers if I could have change for a $20 and the manager Corey said WE ARE NOT GIVING CHANGE RIGHT NOW. I am not sure if he is understaffed or just having a bad day but it would have taken 1 min to give me change.

None of the kids here acknowledged me for like 10 minutes while I stood at the counter like an idiot. Also, their food is the equivalent of microwaved hospital food. I do like the papaya green tea and the atmosphere though. But the food and service isn't worth the beaucoup bucks you spend on a meal here nowadays

I had tried the new Italian Steak sandwich and there was hardly any steak on the sandwich. When I say that I mean literally not enough steak to go half way across the bread. Also my friend found a hair in her Soup. They seemed understaffed and our smoothie came out about 10 minutes after our food. I thought it would be nice to grab a Meal before six flags. I was hungry when I left still. And payed almost 20.00 for my meal alone.

Although I did come in 10 minutes before you close this was a unacceptable bowl of soup for $10 I'm going to show you what you gave me for $10 cuz it wasn't much ingredients a whole lot of liquid that was very salty and greasy, after I pulled all that liquid off all I was able to get seriously was four spoons full, I don't even want to redo I just want my money back this is sad.

Never expected to see the beginning of Panera bread... Nice to see they retained some originality
Foods always good. Broccoli cheddar soup yummy, tomato soup delish. Love Chicken salad with cranberry & walnut, turkey bravo. Chai latte, green tea Mm, good. Could use to have tables& counters wiped off & cleaned, floors swept also. Cleaner bathrooms

The level of incompetence at this store and many others honestly is shocking. I'm surprised the people who work here can even tie their own shoes. Get it together Eureka Panera. The management at this store should all be fired. For the amount of money you pay here it is just completely unacceptable. Panera, if you read this please step in and do something. Clean this place up and make all of these teenagers start dressing more professionally. I've been in there several times where these kids are wearing some dirty looking t-shirt that isn't even Panera branded

This was the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever been to. A bunch of kids here doing ignoring the restaurant. Trash everywhere, dirty fountain drink station, food station is very unsanitary. Food was better than I expected, soup was cold though. Ran out of baguettes somehow. Water tastes like it came straight from the Mississippi. Specialty juices looked hazardous, especially the tea. Restrooms had no paper towels, urinals/sinks/and mirrors look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. I did see one young man mopping and bussing tables. Who is in charge of this reckless place? I’ve worked at three restaurants and legit think they’re gunna get someone sick someday.
