The staff was nice but it took FOREVER for us to get our food. Portions incredibly small for $30 and it took almost FORTY minutes, everyone in the restaurant was complaining about the same thing. Never again spending money or time here

The little girl working the drive thru this morning has the most heinous customer service I’ve ever seen from a food service employee. I have contacted corporate regarding this.

We were heading home from a hospital visit for tests. We were so hungry and saw this restaurant. We ordered a broccoli cheese soup bowl and ice water. That is one of our favorite items at this restaurant and it was so delicious!! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Ordered a few deliveries always missing something tonight was a sandwich so got my 9 dollars back still Hungry so THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER (NOT!!!) So do your self a favor skip them for delivery. Also got 2 desserts crammed into the same box!! Delivered late and cold!!

Same quality breakfast as McDonald's you just get way less and have to pay more what happened to the souffles there isn't any filling $7 for a little tasteless puff pastry how do you stay in business

In line with a couple of people to order and ask one of the workers if I could have change for a $20 and the manager Corey said WE ARE NOT GIVING CHANGE RIGHT NOW. I am not sure if he is understaffed or just having a bad day but it would have taken 1 min to give me change.

None of the kids here acknowledged me for like 10 minutes while I stood at the counter like an idiot. Also, their food is the equivalent of microwaved hospital food. I do like the papaya green tea and the atmosphere though. But the food and service isn't worth the beaucoup bucks you spend on a meal here nowadays

It's sad how far a former St. Louis institution has fallen. The prices are simply too high for the quality you now get.

We'll always have the 1990s era Italian Combo sandwich in our memory.

I had tried the new Italian Steak sandwich and there was hardly any steak on the sandwich.
When I say that I mean literally not enough steak to go half way across the bread.
Also my friend found a hair in her Soup.
They seemed understaffed and our smoothie came out about 10 minutes after our food.
I thought it would be nice to grab a Meal before six flags. I was hungry when I left still. And payed almost 20.00 for my meal alone.
