Great service but there is a prerecorded message from a very old sounding woman on the speaker box. America should take better care of it's seniors so that a woman this old can be comfortably retired.

Eureka Taco Bell is ridiculous now. There are no employees who will take your order inside. You have to place your order through the kiosk. What has happened to customer service? It took me forever to get any employees attention to help me with my order. Finally after 20 minutes an employee helped me place my order.

If I could give a 0 I would. I did a mobile order to use my rewards and was ordering for a coworker who had cash. When I pulled up I told them I had a mobile order for Cassie and also needed to place an order. They took my order and tried to charge me for something that was an even swap and when I called them out on it the woman had an attitude and said she’d tell them the switch and left it the way it was on the screen. Then I pull up to the window and pay and was waiting for my mobile order. When I brought up that I was still waiting on the order the woman who I assume was training someone new raised her voice with me and told me that I have to tell them I have a mobile order. I told her that I did and she proceeded to argue that I never gave them a name, which I did very clearly and was acknowledged prior to mention that I also needed to place an order. Then she proceeds to yell at the other staff that I’m at the window waiting and that I didn’t tell them about the pick up. After I pull away I realized that I was giving the wrong item that she said she would inform them to correct so I am unable to eat that part. After being berated and yelled at I will not be returning to this store and urge no one to if they think that berating and yelling at customers who did nothing wrong is ok.

Went through the drive through at 915pm. First the lady said "hold on minute, i jist saw my kid at the window." We waited four minutes before our order was taken. My husband paid cash and they had no dollar bills left, so we got all change. When there was a remark made of it being poor planning, the lady saod "Currency is currency. Every one pays with cash now." And she was sarcastic about it. Not a good experience. Food was good, taco was extra sloppy.

Waited 15 minutes with one car in front of me at the drive thru and never moved. Decided the wait was not worth it and left without food.
Businesses now think it's acceptable to make me ring up my own order. Yet I don't get paid to do the job of an employee nor do I get a discount on my order. The employees were doing work, but if my wife wasn't with me I would've had to go somewhere else because I don't know how to use the order thing. Taco Bell will lose my business because I'm not doing a job for free to get food. I'm retired and plan on staying that way. Maybe rethink the decision to have NO face to face interaction. I can't return without someone to place my order. What a shame.

Service was quick and the food was pretty solid for Taco Bell.
This taco bell is as basic as they come, and their service here is EXTREMELY SLOW, so if you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend going.
