I filled out a beverage survey after today’s visit. I was offered a coupon for 3 cheese sliders for filling out the survey, I tapped the link to get my coupon. The coupon expired almost 8 months ago, on 12-31-24. Thanks for nothing, White Castle!

Overpriced. Dirty and staffed by people who seem to not care at all. Visited again the last two weeks. Still filthy, still trashy. It's a shame, because the manager that was there put in a lot of extra effort to make a holiday display (Thanksgiving and Christmas) that was truly unique among fast food chains. They must have retired or been fired for caring too much. Hey WC, ever hear of Steak N Shake? Your circling the drain with this location. Real shame.

Stopped at this location after a day at Six Flgas we ordered 2 meals and the fries the person with me got and some of the other stuff had a weird taste fast forward a couple hours myself and the person with me both started to get sick and even today haven't been feeling good, never had an issue like this at a white castle, I would recommend avoiding this one and definitely won't be back.
