We ordered a graduation cake from A Sweet Affair Bakery for our daughter’s celebration, and it was absolutely incredible! 🎓🎂

The cake was rich, moist, and heavy with deliciousness—every bite was perfection. And don’t even get me started on the icing… it was to die for! 😍

What made it even more special was the personal touch—she decorated it with Mackenzie’s signature ducks, which made it just as fun and meaningful as it was tasty.

I ordered a birthday cake by phone and truly, didn't have any expectations...Well, it was the best birthday cake I've ever eaten. Strawberry cake with buttercream. It made the birthday extra special. Thank you so much for your great service!

Excellent, homemade soups, salads, and sandwich options for lunch. We oder lunch from here as often as we can. The food is always delicious, portions are large, and Karen is always smiling! Definitely recommend.

A Sweet Affair made a Taylor Swift themed cake and cupcakes for my daughter’s 4th birthday party! The colors and decorations were adorable and the taste exceeded my expectations - sweet, but not overwhelming and just an all around delicious flavor! Thank you SO much!

Not a bad little place to stop and get a snack. Whether you want a sandwich or baked good. Worth the visit.the crean cheese and raspberry pinweels are amazing!

Very cute little place, and wonderful lady who gave suggestions, and who was patient with my indecision. Had a vanilla iced coffee and a sticky bun, both of which were SO GOOD!

Karen is an extremely kind, sweet and very talented baker. My fiancé and I enjoyed a roast beef sandwich which was extremely fresh, tasty, and grilled perfectly. We tried a chocolate croissant and it was "the best croissant I've had in a long time!". Really great business to have in Excelsior.

Karen did the cake and catering for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and the servings were very generous!! The cake was absolutely STUNNING!!! It was HANDS DOWN the most DELICIOUS cake I have EVER had!! We had one layer champagne cake with strawberry filling and the other layer chocolate cake with peanut butter filling. Everyone raved over the cake!! You are truly talented Karen!! Thank you!!!!

We just love supporting A Sweet Affair Bakery and Cafe! We love their breakfast and hopped on the Easter dessert opportunity and snatched up a yummy chocolate cake with strawberries on top! I failed to take a picture before and can’t seem to add a picture to this review. This simple 8” cake was a perfect size for our small gathering. We had just 6 small pieces because, well, dinner was so filling! So it was a perfect bite and look! We have leftovers! Thanks for adding such a yummy dessert to our celebration!
