Lunch and service were fine today. We were shortchanged 64 cents [we paid with cash] so we left a smaller tip. You wouldn't round up or down on a card so why do you feel free to steal cash?

I went to your location on 2/8/25 at 4pm. It took 30 minutes to get our appetizer. When the appetizer was brought out we were not given silverware and the waitress didn’t even give us a chance to ask for any before walking away. We then waited 8 minutes for any waitstaff to even walk by us so we were able to get silverware. 20 minutes after we received our appetizer we finally received our meals. They were served to us cold. It wasn’t even our waitress that brought us our food. It had sat under the warming light from the time our appetizer came out till it was brought to us because we could see it the whole time. When I told my waitress my food was cold she got an attitude that I was upset. I told her I didn’t want my food anymore because I’m not eating cold food again she got an attitude. As she was getting me my check I also found a blonde hair in my food and seeing as my husband, son, and I all have dark hair it was obviously a hair from the kitchen or waitstaff. When she returned to the table finally with my check she tried to run away before I could even hand her my card. When I pulled my card out she snatched it out of my hands and said WHATEVER while throwing her hands in the air. I also told her about the hair in my food and she did not even care. Waitress name was Audrey H. and based off her name tag she is unfortunately a manager. Honestly if she is the manager and with her attitude and desire to not work as she was mainly gossiping with coworkers the whole hour we were there I can see why our food turned out so horrible. She clearly has no clue what she is doing and really should not work in a customer facing job. I hope this location uses this as not only a learning experience but also as a way to hopefully hire better managers.

This place Used to be good, it isn't anymore .
First off,, more than half the table looked clean, but was quite sticky . The waitress came quickly enough, and took our order for drinks, from where I was sitting, I could see that the Bartender had set a beer bottle out, on a lower, shelf at the end of the bar, it sat there for at least 20 mins, while she did bring a glass of water, but then, seemed concerned only with bussing her other table, and other things, there were about 10 people, 5 tables taken, in the whole place, she did say she was new, but, she proceeded to walk right past that beer bottle no less than 6 times, going back and forth, mostly empty handed . There were at least 5 other women working there, we wondered if maybe she was too young, but no, after it had sat there for 20 mins, she finally picked it up, and brought it . Okay, she's new, it'll be alright . it was cool but not cold, but drinkable to a person that's been waiting . We ordered our food, after another 20 mins she comes back and apologizes, that they don't carry the hard cider, that my wife ordered, because it's the only gluten free choice, even though it's on the menu, and "all the other Applebee's carry it, but we don't ." Then, after another 10 min, she comes and apologizes that it's taking so long because they had not thawed any chicken out . Really ? You didn't think anyone was going order chicken ? Applebee's has advertising these specials all over the TV for weeks ! The Chicken & Shrimp was one of those "SPECIALS" .
we waited over an hour, finally got it, my wife said the best part of that meal was the mashed potatoes, the Shrimp & Chicken, not so much, my burger was hot, the top bun, as hard as a rock, and looked dark brown & over done, the bottom bun was soggy, and came apart at the touch, and the small pile of French fries, mostly fry "bits" were just ever so slightly, warm .
We didn't have any extra time left to complain and kinda rushed out of there, yes, considering the service, we still left a very generous tip, > not sure how much of it was the waitresses fault .
But this used to be a really good place to go . And it's not anymore . If this server is that new, she needs to be trained better, and that's the manager's fault more than hers .
I doubt we'll ever go back .

So, they apologized, and email me a link, that just jumps around from Google mail, to Google maps, to blank page, to open this app, and that's all it does . The link on this page, does nothing .
But like I said, I don't think we'll ever be back, there are way better restaurants around . And this just adds to the frustration . My wife would require alot of convincing before she would try this place again .
Thanks for nothing, sorry to see a once good place, go under .

Dietary restrictions: The seem to have very few options for Gluten free people, almost none in the alcohol beverage category, wine, seems to be it .

Our waitress was great.
Our food was good but the mashed potatoes needed to be reheated they were not served hot enough. Other than that good value as we ordered the 2 for $ meals.

Would love to give atmoshere a negative number. This very small restraunt really doesn't need to play 70's throw back songs at such a high level that you can't talk to people at your table. But the clincher is that the stereo system isn't working properly and the bad music cuts in and out at mind numbing intervals. When I brought it to the attention of our waitress it was turned down so it wasn't as anoying but it did become a game of everyone at our table pointing up when it cut out. Then some guy went over and turned it up louder than it was. However, they were extremely diligent about dusting the lights over the tables. Use that energy to fix the falling apart tv and non working stereo!

Overall such a bad experience. Waited an hour and a half. Got there at 3:15pm and left at 4:30. Only 2 meals, the 2 for $29.00, to be exact. Checked on maybe 4 times by the server Stephanie B. We both asked for medium rare steak and as you can see in the picture, received well-done. A touch of pink if that. On top of that when I did let her know once we got the check, she didn’t even bother to say a simple sorry. When she turned it looked to the both of us that she rolled her eyes. Only 3 other tables with two people at each, ridiculous service. Tell me how it takes an hour to cook two 6oz steaks, green beans, and mashed potatoes? I couldn’t let the server know that both of the steaks were overcooked, because she didn’t check on us until she brought us the check. As if I wasn’t already having a crap day, the crap service didn’t help. The other times I’ve been to this location (very few) the service has been average. But for it being 3pm and only 3 other tables, (8 people max including us) I just can’t see how this is excusable.

Delightful Damien helped me with the online order over the phone because the website didn't show the new CRISPY clucking chicken sandwich, only grilled. He's was patient, sweet and kind, and he got everything exactly as I asked. Unfortunately, whoever originally answered the phone immediately became condescending and impatient with my struggles online and passed me off to him, and it was their website, not a me issue. The food was meh. Never enough sauce on the wings, fries soggy and old/cold, the soggy, brown lettuce on the hard, dry bun was inedible. The bacon was chewy and undercooked on the fat part and hard/old on the meat portion. The 2 tiny, stemmy ends of a pickle should have gone in the trash with the lettuce. The chicken breast itself was juicy and huge, just kinda flavorless, no seasoning. The usually tasty, ranch dressing was runny and "watered" down, like it had too much milk and little flavor. Pretty sure if they were making themselves a sandwich, THEY wouldn't eat that soggy brown lettuce or stemmy ends of the pickle themselves. So, why do think it's ok to serve it to paying customers. What ever happened to quality control??? Delightful Damien was the only bright spot of the visit. Unfortunately.

I was surprised at how good the food. I've come here on different occasions and haven't had the best experience. We had the 9.99 special. Hamburger, chicken sandwich, bottomless fries and drinks. Service was just okay. Had to wait a bit for drinks and our food sat in the window for a while. Restaurant was clean, in good condition and inviting.

Was heading home from KC area & decided to have more of a real meal than fast food. Wound up "backtracking" to find this location. It was a little later in the evening, but was still fairly busy.

Greeter & waitress were friendly & food was served pretty quick. Meals were fixed/grilled as expected & tasted good. Waitress did a good job of stopping to make sure everything was going well, which seems to be a rare thing these days.

Good overall experience at this location. Deducted a star due to floors being quite messy. Not sure if lack of time due to a dinner rush, but not real appealing when seeing all the food/trash on the floor, especially under the table you're seated at. Still good food & service though.

Was recently in the area so stopped in. Couldn’t help but notice the improvements both to the store and with the staff. The food was very good and our server (Rylie) was top notch - friendly, pleasant, and attentive. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Would definitely recommend this restaurant
