April was nice and kept my drink full, burger was perfect, hot French fries and the other staff was friendly.

We ordered 2 salads. Before burial arrived the server flicked a piece of food.from my husband's drink and then sat it down as if that action was acceptable? Why didn't he say, let me get you another glass when he saw it had food on it and just get another? Then when our salads arrived my Caesar had rotting and bad greens in it. See pics. We have tried this place 2x. Never again

So me and my girlfriend had went to Applebee's for our 2 month anniversary and we had sat down and ordered our drinks I had gotten a dirty coke is what Applebee's calls it and my girlfriend had gotten a non acholic sherly temple well when we figured out what we wanted to order we did and while waiting for our food I finished my dirty coke and I was just sitting there and talking to my girlfriend well our waiter come to the table and had said I'll get you another dirty coke and walked away well I didn't want another one because they don't have free refills for that drink but I couldn't say anything because she had just walked away before I could say something and then when we had finally gotten our food mine didn't taste right and my girlfriends food was cold and so we sent her food back and they took almost 1 hour to come back with her food so the service was very trash and the waiter was very rude.

The last two times I’ve eaten here the service was fantastic. Tonight April was our server and she was amazing. The food was good. Only negative our booth seating was very small and then we moved to a table and the entire back came off the chair.

I’m glad the service and food has been better as I was about to quit coming. We need good places to eat in Excelsior. Glad to see improvement here.

Got rock hard boneless buffalo wings, and a steak that looked like it had been thrown on the floor and stepped on by a 100 people

This location is the absolutely worst Applebees I’ve ever been to. And that’s saying something. Today we stopped in at noon to get a quick bite. First we waited 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge we were waiting to be seated. Once we ordered we then waited another 15 minutes until the appetizer came. About 10 minutes after we got the appetizer the burger got set in the window. The chicken sandwich never appeared. 45 minutes later the waitress was told the burger didn’t have onion strings on it so they had to fix it There was still no sign of the chicken sandwich in the window. The waitress came to tell us what was going on, but we told her just to forget it. We didn’t want it anymore. Meanwhile, three other tables got sat and within 10 minutes had their meal. Not once did they offer to comp the appetizer and beverages we had which were sodas. Not once did a manager come to our table. Only the waitress seemed like she cared that we never got our food worst experience ever and this isn’t the first time. If you want Applebee’s go to the on in liberty

There's a different variety of foods.We like some of the specials.Most times the burgers come out absolutely wonderful.The pub pretzels are good but a little pricey. Drinks are fun. It is a good place for all. Family,or single.

I went in for lunch one day and my wife and I were the only customers. I'm not sure how our food still came out cold however it's always either cold or overcooked. Servers are normally polite
