Came in for lunch and stood in front of the counter for five minutes, a manager and two workers just stood there talking, we only went in because they had three other cars get to the window to pay and then had them pull around to wait for their order. Not sure we will be back as the prices are high and now the bosses are talking instead of serving. We walked out and no one even noticed. Very sad!
Pulled up to drive thru, was told they would be right with us. The cars in front of us all got there food and pulled away, still no service. Finally just left. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I'm not sure how this Arby's is still in business. Lady at the window is stuffing her face with food. There are 2 employees smoking outside by the drive thru window. It's always like this over there. Nobody cares at this location. No thanks. Believe it or not, this location once functioned very well.

Never serving loaded fries despite always having the sign out saying they are. Take it down then. Also, this whole pull around thing to wait for your food to make yourself look faster to corporate is ridiculous. If you are slow, just own it so management can find a way to fix it and improve speed.

Brisket wasn't tender it was tough not cooked long enough I'll never go back
