A friendly place to go and their teas and their shakes are awesome
Stopped in today and grabbed my first ever meal replacement shake. Brett behind the counter was great and pointed me to a perfect shake that tastes great and is healthy! It's so hard to find healthy options anymore... So, I'm so thankful and will definitely be back!

I love going to this place, just walking in feels like an oasis and the friendly faces behind the counter made me feel like they were happy to have me there and like I was a long time friend which is such a nice feeling being new to the area. The tea and protein balls are delicious and the staff is outstanding and kind 10/10
Idk why ppl are saying the staff is very friendly. I went one time last year and it was very memorable because the staff were very awkward and didn’t talk to me at all except barely to get my order. V. uncomfortable experience. Meant to give a review then but kept forgetting.
Definitely recommend. Bret and Monica are very friendly and helpful to make delicious recommendations. Drinking the teas have definitely helped my vitamin B12 to be in healthy blood range.
Both drinks were DELICIOUS. I’m not a big fan of tea but this did not taste like tea. Bret and Monica were very welcoming into the store. I will def be back.

My favorite tea right now is: - watermelon sugar? My favorite shake right now is: - mint oreo? Definitely recommend this place if your looking for a healthy snack or meal replacement. The flavors that are listed is what they actually taste like and is VERY good! If your also looking for a good place to study or work I recommend there as well!!
