So idk what happened. But I always go order the classic chicken sandwich. This is the only thing in this entire town that normally taste even half way good. And normally it is AMAZING….. however. The food was absolutely horrible. Ordered a Nacho Grande and it tasted and smelled like straight burnt oil. So to replace it they gave me the cinnamon twists(2orders) and those were burnt and tasted like puke. The workers looked overwhelmed. So tried not to be rude about it but we did let them know their oil was bad and they did not seem to care.

One of the worst experiences ever cold, soggy fries, hair in the chicken sandwich a manager that wanted to replace the food and wanted to eat us to eat more cold fries, and more cold food a manager that was setting in the office that apparently was the general manager, apparently the manager said in the office while the crew works and serves the food which is cold and not fresh Very unprofessional management very untrained crew very disappointed in the whole picture we ask for money back.
The owners should be embarrassed that they have let this place go like this. Imagine all the money they would make if people enjoyed going there. Most of the time the order is wrong, they leave your order on the counter to get cold, they don't take your order, just look at you. So many bad experiences hard to name them all. It's the most disgusting dirty fast food place I've ever been and I have given this place many chances over the years and it has been a gross choice 97% of the time. Once I went to the bathroom and there was dried puke in the sink, like hard dried! That was years ago and it seemed like it was just slightly cleaner for a while but not anymore. I would love to have some KFC occasionally, I will drive out of town if I want it from now on. Somebody else please take over this franchise, everyone in this town wants to give you business we just can't in this state.

Went through the drive thru the girl working the window was very rude, my husband handed her the money she dropped money, then told my husband he owed more. She never once directly talked with us then my husband hands her the change and when she owed us change back she just stood there looking the other direction. When we got our food was no way to eat it or straws. Then a lady started telling us to just go on. She was just as RUDE as the girl working the window. Oh then they call the cops on us for eating our food in the parking lot.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT" isn't the first words someone likes to hear when you pull up to drive through.I didn't get my order because the girl couldnt decide if a #1 taco supreme was for KFC or Taco bell. When I said Taco bell to try and help the useless employee out, she asked me regular or extra crispy!! Apparently she's just anouther lazy incompetent person thats just there to collect her paycheck.When I pulled up to the window and waited, and waited, the girl came out from behind the tinted glass and asked me again "what do you want"!! Really?I told her "nothing", and at that point i left.Management needs to do there job in making sure that they have competent people and PR skills of some level. If not maybe owner should.

They didn't give any fries the first time, then... the worst thing happened since the holocaust. MY SMASH BOWL HAD NO NUGGETS OR SILVERWARE. I'm now a lesbian because my smashbowl had no nuggets(balls) and I am eating this with my fingers. I feel like I was smashed in the completely wrong way 1/5.
I really miss those days when you can pull through a drive thru and get what you ordered, have friendly service, and not have to worry about asking for napkins and when you do, you still don't get them. please stop making your customers ask for napkins and get their orders correct the first time. The customers should not have to go through what they do when going through a drive thru. The workers needs to focus on the customers and not other workers.

Spent $65 and got our food delivered. It was all dry every bit of the chicken was hard and dry the portions was so small barely fed the family. Very disappointing won't eat there again. They even tried to get us to go after door dash and tell them not to charge us but it wasn't door dashes fault.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell. The food tasted like it should, but it was prepared horribly, it was supposed to be fast(not a twenty minute wait), and the atmosphere behind the counter seemed unorganized. Went to Taco Bell in Kearney the next time. They were faster, the food was prepared well, and the building looked cleaner.
